※ Campaign rewards were sent to winners’ registered emails as a Coupon Code.

※ Coupons can be used through ‘Coupon’ from the top of the UNDECEMBER homepage.

※ To use the coupon, you must select the server on which the character you wish to claim the coupon with is on,

    and enter your account number.

    (You can check your account number through Settings → Account in the game)

※ Once you use the coupon, the reward item will be sent to the in-game mail of the account you have entered.
