   we have increased the number of draws to 50 people.

: Rewards were sent to winners via email on May. 19 15:00 (UTC+9)

※ Campaign rewards were sent to winners’ registered emails as a Coupon Code.

※ Coupons can be used through ‘Coupon’ from the top of the UNDECEMBER homepage.

※ To use the coupon, you must select the server on which the character you wish to claim the coupon with is on,

    and enter your account number.

    (You can check your account number through Settings → Account in the game)

※ Once you use the coupon, the reward item will be sent to the in-game mail of the account you have entered.

※ Winners’ emails are listed according to their emails registered on FLOOR.

※ Parts of the emails have been marked with ** to protect privacy.

※ Coupons can only be used once.

※ Please note that we cannot offer any assistance for cases where winners do not receive their reward

※ After using your coupon, please note that it may take some time before the item is sent to your in-game mail.
