◆ FLOOR Point Accumulation Event Notice

1. Event Period

- Payment event period: Oct 22, 2026 09:00 ~ Nov 5, 2026 09:00 (UTC+9)

- Event target: Rune Hunters who completed payment through FLOOR during the event period

※ Payments outside FLOOR (iOS, AOS store, Steam payments, etc.) are excluded from the event.

※ Points will not be awarded if the payment is canceled before the point accumulation time.

※ Amounts deducted by points, coupons, or discounts are excluded from point accumulation calculations.

2. Point Accumulation Guide

- Point accumulation rate: 30% of FLOOR payment amount during the event period (KRW basis)

- Point accumulation time: Nov 26, 2026 11:00 (UTC+9)

※ Points are rounded down when accumulated.

※ Min 1,200 points can be used for overseas payments. (1 dollar deducted per 1,200 points)

※ Overseas payment points not accumulated in Oct 2026 will be credited in bulk on 11/26 (Thu), 2026.

3. Use of Points

- Available period: Nov 26, 2026 (Thu) 11:00 ~ Dec 2, 2026 (Wed) 23:59 (UTC+9)

- Use: Enter points to use on the FLOOR payment screen

※ Points can be used up to a max of 50% of the actual payment amount.

※ Remaining points will automatically disintegrate and will not be restored after the usage period ends.

※ Accumulated points are only provided through events, have no real-world value, cannot be refunded as cash, and are non-transferable to others.

※ Cancelling a payment made with points will refund the points as well. However, points that have passed their usage period will be disintegrated.

※ When canceling a product purchase after points have already been used, points may be deducted or negative points may be applied depending on the owned points.

4. Point Disintegration

- Disintegration time: Dec 3, 2026 (Thu) 00:00 (UTC+9)

※ When leaving membership or deleting an account with unused points, remaining points will automatically disintegrate and cannot be restored.

※ Details such as point accumulation criteria, accumulation rate, accumulation date, validity period, and usage method may vary with each event.

◆ Point History Menu Guide

- A 'Point History' menu has been added to the top of the Undecember official website.

- This menu allows checking of paid purchase history and point accumulation/use history within the last year.
