Dear UNDECEMBER Development Team,


I am writing this because the current state of the game is becoming extremely frustrating and honestly unacceptable for many players.


There appears to be a serious bug where map modifiers and certain area effects are permanently stacking on characters instead of being removed correctly after leaving maps or special portals/events.


From what many players are experiencing:

• Character stats become drastically reduced after several maps

• Resistances, mana cost modifiers, reflect damage, and other map effects continue stacking permanently

• Some players report losing 50% or more of their stats after only a few runs

• Damage suddenly drops to near zero on bosses that are normally killed instantly

• Defensive stats become completely broken, causing players to get one-shot in content they normally clear easily

• Logging out every few maps seems to temporarily reset the issue, which strongly suggests effects are not being cleared correctly

The issue seems especially connected to:

• Mist Burner portals

• Red Moon portals

• Puru portals

• Serpens Statue portals

• Mines / Abyss Gates

• Chaos Rune interactions

What makes this even worse is that:

• Negative effects stack repeatedly and can completely destroy a character build

• Positive effects can also stack, meaning the bug i****ploitable

• Players are now actively avoiding certain content because they are afraid of corrupting their character stats

• Others are abusing the bug for unfair advantages

This is not a small inconvenience anymore. It directly affects gameplay integrity, progression, bossing, balance, and the overall trust players have in the game.


Many of us spend real money supporting this game. We expect critical issues like this to be handled quickly and transparently. Right now, the game feels unstable and unreliable, especially in high-end content.


And honestly, before investing money into streamer promotions and marketing campaigns, the game itself should first be stabilized and free of major game-breaking bugs like this. Bringing in new players while core endgame systems are fundamentally broken creates a terrible experience for both new and existing players.


Please investigate this issue seriously and provide:

• Acknowledgement of the bug

• Clear communication

• A proper fix as soon as possible

• Compensation for affected players


At the moment, it feels like players are being punished simply for playing endgame content normally.
