Please note that this issue has been addressed through the Server patch on 05/19 (Tue).

Additionally, sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused due to an in-game error.

A reward has been prepared to apologize to Rune Hunters who experienced inconvenience due to the issue.

1. Reward recipients

- Accounts with both Unstable Rune Hunter Elixir use history and Sprinter Gift Chest use history based on the daily reset time

2. Reward Items

- From 05/14 (Thu) to 05/20 (Wed) 08:59 (UTC+9), rewards will be given based on the total use of [Unstable Rune Hunter Elixir]

1. If used 5 times or less: 1 Fruit of Growth
2. When used more than 5 times: 2 Fruit of Growth

3. Reward distribution date: 2026/05/20 (Wed) 17:49 (UTC+9)

※ Reward items will be sent via mail and must be claimed directly.

* Reward is granted only once per account through All Modes, and mail is stored for 30 days (720 hours) only.

┗ Can be received only in one mode among Standard / Season.
