UNDECEMBER will be undergoing a server patch on May. 14 (Thu) to address identified issues.

May. 14 Server Patch

1. Server Patch Schedule: May. 14 (Thu) 21:45 (UTC+9)

* Server patch will proceed without maintenance.

* Game is available to play while the server patch is underway.

2. Server Patch Details

- Fixed an issue where the [Accumulated Playtime Event] operated abnormally in certain situations.

1. The event method and rewards have been adjusted inevitably to fix an issue. Please understand.
2. After the patch, cumulative playtime rewards will be claimable per account instead of per mode.

- Fixed an issue where the [First Payment Event] reward could not be received properly after a paid purchase.

- Fixed an issue where the Charm Slot effect could not be changed in the Charm Slot Upgrade enhancement list.

- Fixed an issue where DMG could not be dealt properly to the Boss in [Solo Descent Raids].

- Fixed an issue where rank-based defeat rewards in [Solo Descent Raids] were not displayed properly.

- Fixed an issue where Transcendent Unique dropped abnormally in Realm Rift rewards.

3. To Note

- Please exit the game completely before logging in again for the patch to be applied. 

- Please note that you will not be able to enter the Abyss Gate, Auction House, Constellation of Time, Arena, Chaos Dungeons, and Eunos Dungeons for 10 minutes before and after the patch.

Please be advised that players may experience temporary disconnections while the patch is underway.
