who have been eagerly awaiting the update of the new New Age Season.

As previously announced, the New Age Season was scheduled to begin on January 8.

However, during the maintenance process, critical issues requiring significant fixes were identified,

and we regret to inform you that the update schedule has been unavoidably delayed.

The scheduled maintenance that began on January 7 (Wed) at 22:00 is currently in progress

and will be completed and the servers reopened as soon as the internal work is finished.

※ The maintenance was completed and the game service resumed at around 06:45 (UTC+9) on Jan. 08 (Thu). (Added on Jan. 8 07:06 (UTC+9))

In addition to the currently identified issues,

we are thoroughly reviewing other aspects of the New Age Season to ensure

that it can be delivered as a polished and high-quality experience.

We kindly ask for your understanding, as this delay is necessary to provide a more stable and reliable service.

[Known Issues]

1. An issue where the Rune Master Level of Season Mode characters was reset and merged into Standard Mode (Added on Jan. 8 19:02 (UTC+9))

- Any additional Rune Master EXP obtained by Season Mode characters thereafter will be merged into Standard Mode after the update maintenance on Jan. 14 (Wed).

- The issue where Rune Master Points are not granted even when the Rune Master Level increases on Season Mode characters is currently under investigation.



2. An issue where the Recruitment Board and Abyss Gate Rankings are not functioning (Added on Jan. 8 19:02 (UTC+9))

- All rankings for the Season [Abyss Gate] were concluded as of Jan. 08 (Thu). Please note that the current inability to participate in or be recorded on the rankings is not an issue.
