We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused during your gameplay.

We have prepared compensation for Rune Hunters who experienced an issue where Minion/Crossbow options were applied

when performing a Holy-grade Enchant on certain Unique Gear that had been fixed during the 11/13 (Thu) Scheduled Maintenance.

※ This compensation will be provided only to accounts affected by this issue.


Notice Regarding Measures for Certain Unique Gear Enchant Issues ]


■ Eligible Users

- Rune Hunters who performed a Holy-grade Enchant on affected Unique Gear before the 11/13 (Thu) maintenance.


■ Compensation

- Essences and Gold used on the affected Unique Gear before the 11/13 (Thu) maintenance will be returned.

  1. Compensation Distribution Schedule: During the Scheduled Maintenance on 2025/11/27 (Thu)

※ The Essences provided as compensation will be given as [Exclusive] items.

※ Compensation items will be delivered via Mail and must be claimed manually.

※ Due to mode integration, compensation Mail will be provided once per account and Mail will be stored for 30 days (720 hours) only.

Hello, this is UNDECEMBER.


First, we would like to sincerely apologize once again for the inconvenience caused during gameplay.


Upon investigation, we have confirmed that the compensation distributed during the Nov 27 (Thu) maintenance

was mistakenly sent only to [Season Mode], instead of being distributed across both modes.


For Rune Hunters who received the issue compensation mail and wish to claim the reward in Standard Mode,

please contact our Customer Center, and we will do our best to assist with retrieval and re-delivery.

※ Please note that retrieval is only possible if the compensation mail has not been claimed, or if the item has been claimed but not used.

※ When processing retrieval and re-delivery through the Customer Center, an account protection state will be applied,

during which account access and gameplay will be temporarily unavailable. We kindly ask for your understanding.
