We are currently investigating the causes and working on fixes for certain issues that occurred after the 9/4 (Thu) update.
We apologize for the unexpected inconvenience this has caused while playing the game.
Once the issues listed below are resolved, we will provide further guidance through a separate notice.

- An issue where the exclusive Attendance Book and products are not displayed for some accounts that meet the Returning Account criteria
※ This was fixed through the temporary maintenance on 09/06 (Sat), but we have confirmed that the issue is still occurring for some accounts.
- An issue where attempting to enter [Abyss Gate] intermittently redirects players to the title screen
- An issue where the 09/04 (Thu) Update Celebration Login Reward mail is being sent abnormally. (Added on Sep. 8 18:45 (UTC+9))
└ The Update Celebration Login Reward mail will be suspended until the issue is fixed.
