: Delivered via in-game mail on Thursday, May 22, 2025 (16:14 UTC+9)

■ Compensation Eligibility

- Rune Hunters who log in between on May 1 (Thu) and 23:59 on May 17 (Sat)

and have either linked a FLOOR account or are using a FLOOR account will receive a reward.

* Players without login records during the event period are not eligible for the reward.

■ Please Note

※ Rewards cannot be recovered if not claimed before the mail expires.

Please ensure to claim your reward before the expiration date.

※ Rewards must be claimed manually from in-game mail and will be sent to your inventory upon collection.

※ The reward is given once per account (regardless of mode) and the mail will be stored for 30 days (720 hours).

┗ Rewards can only be claimed in either Standard or Season mode, not both.

※ Failure to claim within the specified period may result in the reward becoming unavailable.
