Acuben's Crystal Doesn't Affect DoTs

Just wanted to report that Acuben's Crystal's affix "Projectile with the DMG Amplified by 1000%" (referring to Piercing Arrow) does not affect DoTs inflicted by the Piercing Arrow. That means it does nothing for the skill's Bleed damage which is what the skill is built around. Not sure if this is intended, but it's really misleading.
