As the FLOOR OTP service provided by LINE Games has been discontinued

and replaced with Google Authenticator / Microsoft Authenticator OTP services, we are providing a guide to help you set up the new OTP system.

■ What is OTP?

A One-Time Password (OTP) is a system that requires users to enter a unique verification code generated each time they log in.

By adding OTP as an extra layer of security during login, you can easily and effectively enhance the protection of your personal account. We strongly recommend enabling this feature.

■ How to Set Up the New OTP Service

(1) Log in to the FLOOR website > go to [Support] > [Security Center] > [Set OTP]

[Go to Security Center]

(2) Set OTP > select [Disable OTP Service]

(3) Choose an OTP authentication app (Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator), download it on your mobile device > select [Agree and Apply]

(4) Check your email for the verification code and enter it

(5) Launch the authentication app and either scan the QR code or manually enter the setup key to register the FLOOR OTP > Enter the code generated in the app to complete verification

(6) OTP service setup is now complete
