We would like to provide guidance regarding account usage for users who have been using Facebook as their sole login platform.

If you delete the linked app via the Facebook app or website,

your UNDECEMBER login information will also be deleted, and your Facebook-linked game account will become inaccessible.

Please note that if the Facebook link is removed in this manner,

you will no longer be able to access your game account via Facebook login.

To prevent any login issues,

we recommend that Facebook-only users link their account to one of the following platforms: Google, Apple, or FLOOR.

■ Important Notes

✔ If you are already using a Google, Apple, or FLOOR account, or have already linked your account to any of these platforms,

you do not need to take any further action based on this notice.

✔ If a Facebook-only user deletes the linked app from their Facebook account, the Facebook linkage information will also be deleted.

✔ During the FLOOR account linkage process, any game data not linked to the selected account (including purchase history and currency) will be permanently deleted.

Please make sure to select the account you’ve been using when linking,as any data from other accounts will be permanently deleted.

✔ We may not be able to assist with account loss caused by user error during the linkage process.

✔ Facebook-only users must select one platform from Google, Apple, or FLOOR to proceed with additional account linkage.

◆ Account Linkage Guide (For Facebook-Only Users)

■ Account Linkage Guide (FLOOR)

1. Log in using the character from the account you currently use, then go to [Settings → Account] and select the FLOOR icon.

2. Log in with a new FLOOR account that is not yet linked to any other game account.

▶ You can create a new FLOOR account by clicking the [Log In] button.

3. Once logged in successfully, you'll be prompted to select which account data to keep on the [Account Connection] screen.

4. After selecting the desired account, click [Confirm] to complete the account linkage.

▶ All data from the account not selected will be permanently deleted, including purchase history and in-game currency.

▶ Click [Details] to check which characters are owned by each account, and make sure to select the account that contains the character you’ve been using [✔].

▶ Once your account is linked to FLOOR, it cannot be linked to a different FLOOR account, even if you later remove the linkage. Please keep this in mind.

5. After linking, you will be able to play using the character from the account you selected during the linkage process by logging in with your FLOOR account.

▶ Linking to FLOOR enables cross-platform play between PC and mobile.

■ Account Linkage Guide (Google)

1. Log in using the character from the account you currently use, then go to [Settings → Account] and select the Google icon.

2. If you log in with a Google account that has not been linked to another game account, the linkage will be completed automatically.

■ Account Linkage Guide (Apple)

1. Log in using the character from the account you currently use, then go to [Settings → Account] and select the Apple icon.

2. If you log in with an Apple account that has not been linked to another game account, the linkage will be completed automatically.

We kindly ask that you follow the instructions above to avoid any confusion while using the game.
