We are currently looking into the issue where Puru the Clock Rabbit's Login Event rewards are not given to certain Rune Hunters through the mail.

Please see below for more details.

Puru the Clock Rabbit's Login Event Rewards Distribution Issue

1. Affected Mail: Mail related to the ongoing Puru the Clock Rabbit's Login Event held from Jun. 10 (Mon)

※ We will update this notice when the issue is fixed.

2. Affected Users: Users who logged into the game during the event period but could not obtain the rewards

※ We are carrying out further investigations into accounts that are experiencing this issue

and are preparing to send out compensation once the investigations are complete.

3. Compensation: Puru the Clock Rabbit's Pocket Watch x200

※ You can obtain the compensation through your mailbox until Jun. 19 (Wed) 23:59 (UTC+9).

※ The compensation will only be sent once per account for both modes, and the mail will be stored for 3 days (72 hours).

┗ You can only obtain the compensation from either Standard or Season Mode.

4. Added Information: Additional event items will be given between Jun. 15 (Sat) and Jun. 19 (Wed). (Added on Jun. 14 18:12 (UTC+9))

- Compensation: Puru the Clock Rabbit's Pocket Watch x100 (Before) → x200 (After)

※ You can obtain the compensation through your mailbox by logging into the game every day (00:00-23:59 (UTC+9)) during the event period.

※ The compensation will only be sent once per account for both modes, and the mail will be stored for 3 days (72 hours).

┗ You can only obtain the compensation from either Standard or Season Mode.

※ The attendance reward mail will arrive by 23:59 (UTC+9) on the day the mail is sent.

Rewards that are not obtained within the mail expiry time will expire and disappear.
