Capri's Blessing Fire Convert is not being assigned skills correctly!

I play flamethrower, I converted Capri's fire, so that it was possible to use the toxic flame linked to the flamethrower, however the toxic flame is not receiving the fire damage converted from Capri's blessing, does anyone have any ideas, I thought it was something related to the toxic flame, or even the fact that the skills are continuous damage, however I tested the convert with other skills, and the fire damage continues without being attributed to any of the skills, is it a bug? Or does anyone have an explanation for this?
