We are making efforts to fix this issue through the Jan. 18 (Thu) 2024 scheduled maintenance.

Can claim from your mail from Jan. 11 (Thu) 18:50 Jan. 12 (Fri) 16:00 - Jan. 18 (Thu) 2024, 07:59 (UTC+9) (Edited on Jan. 11 19:25 (UTC+9))

※ The compensation will only be sent once per mode, and the mail will be stored for 3 days (72 hours).

※ Compensation can only be claimed by accounts that were created before the compensation mail was sent,

　and cannot be claimed by accounts that are created afterward.
