We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the issue that occurred after the Dec. 7 (Thu) Season 3 update

where Lv. 1 Zodiac Stones were obtained as Constellation of Time Memory Rewards.

The issue was resolved through the server patch that took place on Dec. 8 (Fri). 

In addition, we have prepared compensation for these issues as a sign of our apology. Please see below for more details.

2) Compensation Claim Period:

Can be claimed from your mailbox from when you receive the mail on Dec. 11 (Mon) 17:50（UTC+9）- until Dec. 17 (Sun) 23:59 (UTC+9)

※ The compensation will only be sent once per account, and the mail will be stored for 3 days (72 hours).

┗ You can only claim the compensation from either Standard or Season Mode.

※ Compensation can only be claimed by accounts that are created before the compensation mail is sent,

   and cannot be claimed by accounts that are created afterwards.
