Since the Dec. 7 (Thu) UNDECEMBER update, we have identified an issue where the game app is force closing in some Android OS environments. We are currently looking into the issue.

While we are in the process of implementing measures to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, we ask that you play the game through other platforms, such as on your PC, for the time being.
