This was a side issue that occurred for some accounts from Oct. 9 (Mon) to today, and came about after issue-related gear was retrieved on Oct. 6 (Fri).

We would like to apologize for the delay in our announcement and the measures taken regarding this issue.

With the measures that were implemented today, the issue has now been resolved.
