Restrictions have been imposed in accordance with our Operational Policy on accounts that were found to have abused UNDECEMBER's in-game system and the Legendary Grade Unique Gear issue.

A thorough investigation was required to confirm whether accounts had intentionally taken advantage of this issue, and we therefore ask for your understanding for the delay in this announcement.

Please note that we do not take responsibility for any in-game data that is lost by accounts that have been restricted for abuse of the game's system, issues, or other repeated violations.

- Restriction Period:

1. 3 days: 162 accounts
2. 7 days: 8 accounts
3. 30 days: 8 accounts
4. Permanent Ban: 18 accounts

* Restricted accounts and characters have been deleted from Rankings.

* Unfair advantages that have been obtained through the abuse of the relevant issue may be retrieved in accordance with our Operational Policy.
