2. Maintenance Details

1) Retrieval of gear with incorrect options due to the issue where ‘Legendary Grade Unique Gear’ could be transferred to ‘Normal Gear’

2) Implementation of restrictions against accounts that abused the above issue [Link to Details]

3) Lifting of restrictions on Auction House and Alchemy Desk Transfer category

We have sent Rune Hunters compensation for this issue as an apology.

1) Compensation:

※ The above compensation has not been sent to accounts that have been restricted for abuse of the relevant issue.

2) Compensation Claim Period:

- Can claim from your mail from Oct. 6 (Fri) maintenance until Oct. 8 (Sun) 23:59 (UTC+9)

※ The compensation will only be sent once per account, and the mail will be stored for 3 days (72 hours).

┗ You can only claim the compensation from either Standard or Season Mode.

※ Compensation can only be claimed by accounts that are created before the compensation mail is sent, and cannot be claimed by accounts that are created afterwards.

3. Temporary Maintenance Compensation

: Gemstone of Courage x 3,000

* You can claim the compensation from your mailbox after the Oct. 6 (Fri) maintenance until Oct. 8 (Sun) 23:59 (UTC+9).

* Maintenance compensation will only be sent once per account for both modes, and the mail will be stored for 3 days (72 hours).

┗ You can only claim the compensation from either Standard or Season Mode.

* Maintenance compensation can only be claimed by accounts created before the maintenance.

Compensation cannot be claimed by accounts that were created after the maintenance.

* The duration time of Pet Ability and Zodiac Walker did not decrease while maintenance was underway.
