We would first like to sincerely apologize for the confusion caused by the game’s Legendary Grade Unique Gear transfer issue.

To resolve this issue where Legendary Grade Unique Gear can be transferred to Normal Gear, resulting in items with incorrect options, we first implemented initial measures through the server patch that took place earlier today, and further work is now taking place in order to resolve the issue fully.

We understand that issues regarding gear options can significantly influence the game’s balance, and we realize that we should have been more careful to ensure that such an issue never occurred in the first place. We would like to apologize again for this error.

Any gear that was created with incorrect options due to this issue will be retrieved, and any accounts that are found to have abused this issue will be investigated and may face restrictions, such as account login restrictions, depending on the investigation results.

Moreover, as a sign of our sincere apology to those who play UNDECEMBER according to proper and fair standards, we are planning on sending relevant compensation for this issue.

※ We will also take into consideration any harm that may have been caused due to Auction House trade of affected gear as part of our measures.

※ Please note that any trading of gear that takes place after this notice is uploaded may be considered abuse.

※ The Auction House and Alchemy Desk Transfer category will be temporarily restricted so that we can fix the issue where ‘Legendary Grade Unique Gear’ can be transferred to ‘Normal Gear’.
