: Sep. 8(Fri) 2023, 10:00 ~ 14:00 16:00 17:00 (UTC+9)

2. Maintenance Details

1) The issue where Unique Zodiac Stones obtained from opened ‘Completed Memory Restoration Chest Ⅲ’ are of Lv. 1 will be fixed.

※ Lv. 1 Unique Zodiac Stones that are incorrectly given before the error is fixed will be changed to Lv. 130 through the temporary maintenance.

※ We will send ‘Unique Zodiac Stone Selection Chests’ to Rune Hunters that have been affected by this issue through the temporary maintenance.

※ The compensation has only been sent once per account, and the mail will be stored for 3 days (72 hours).

2) Limits to Alchemy Synthesis of Zodiac Stones will be removed.

※ As compensation for the inconvenience caused, we will send the following item to all Rune Hunters:

> Major Zodiac Stone Random Chest x3

※ The compensation has only been sent once per account, and the mail will be stored for 3 days (72 hours).

3) The issue where some recipes are missing in the [Alchemy] → [Combining] → [Essence Piece] category in Origin Mode will be fixed.

4) The issue where Season 1 rankings and rewards cannot be viewed and claimed will be fixed.

※ You will be able to view and claim Season 1 rankings and rewards after the temporary maintenance.

※ The following compensation will be sent to all those who own 'Standard Mode' characters and have been affected by this issue:

> [Exclusive] Rune Candor Essence x3, 100,000 Gold

※ The compensation has only been sent once per account, and the mail will be stored for 3 days (72 hours).

- Temporary Suspension of Ranking Reward Feature

※ We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Due to an error that was found during our maintenance, the game’s Ranking Reward feature has been temporarily suspended.

5) The issue where 'Link Rune Engraving Stone' and 'Traum's Crystal' cannot be searched by their names in the Auction House will be fixed. 

6) Issue where Void Rift Ranking Rewards cannot be claimed

※ We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Rewards that cannot be claimed due to this issue will be sent to you during the Sept. 14 (Thu) scheduled maintenance.

3. Temporary Maintenance Compensation

: Gemstone of Courage x 9,000

* You can claim the compensation from your mailbox after the Sep. 8(Fri) maintenance until Sep. 8(Fri) 23:59 (UTC+9).

* Maintenance compensation will only be sent once per account for both modes, and the mail will be stored for 3 days (72 hours).

┗ You can only claim the compensation from either Standard or Season Mode.

* Maintenance compensation can only be claimed by accounts created before the maintenance.

Compensation cannot be claimed by accounts that were created after the maintenance.

* The duration time of Pet Ability and Zodiac Walker did not decrease while maintenance was underway.

■ Please log out of the game in a safe zone as gameplay will be unavailable during maintenance.

■ Guest accounts may be lost if you uninstall and reinstall the game.

■ Please note that you will not be able to enter the Auction House, Constellation of Time, and Chaos Dungeons for 10 minutes before and after the patch.
