2. Maintenance Details

1) The issue where the total number of Essences is incorrectly displayed when Essences are moved from Season Storage to Standard Storage will be fixed.

2) The issue where some Act 13 Hira quests cannot be played in certain circumstances will be fixed.

※ If this issue occurs, move all the items in your Season Storage slots to your bag before opening your Standard Storage to view your items there.

Then move the items in your Standard Storage to your bag before storing them together with your Season Storage items in Standard Storage.

3) Issue where Zodiac Specialization Trait Points obtained in Challenge Difficulty decrease

※ There may be changes in Zodiac Specialization values due to the changed method for obtaining Stardust of Evolution.

If your Zodiac Specialization values decrease, please obtain Stardust of Evolution through Chaos Sub Quests before using them.

4) Issue where some ‘Skill Skin Challenge Ticket’ items from the ‘Season 2 Hira Package’ are categorized as Paid items

※ From the package’s Skill Skin Challenge Tickets, the 5 listed as Paid products will be changed to Free products, and there will be no change in the number of tickets given (20 in total).

※ For those who wish to receive a refund for unused packages that were purchased before the Aug. 31 (Thu) 14:45 (UTC+9) emergency maintenance began, please contact Support and we will help you with your refund.

5) The issue where a ‘Coming Soon’ message appears when checking rankings with a character that does not belong to a Guild will be fixed.

* Maintenance compensation will only be sent once per account for both modes, and the mail will be stored for 3 days (72 hours).

┗ You can only claim the compensation from either Standard or Season Mode.

* Maintenance compensation can only be claimed by accounts created before the maintenance.

Compensation cannot be claimed by accounts that were created after the maintenance.

* The duration time of Pet Ability and Zodiac Walker did not decrease while maintenance was underway.
