First, we would like to apologize to all Rune Hunters for the confusion caused to your gameplay.

The Twitch Drops event that was announced on May. 28 (Sun) (UTC+9),

was an event that we were in the process of preparing to provide help and fun to Rune Hunters’ gameplay.

We later confirmed that the details we had provisionally written as we prepared the event,

such as the event period and rewards, were released prematurely due to an internal issue.

These details have now been deleted.

We apologize again for this confusion,

and will work to investigate the matter from all angles to prevent the same issue from occurring again.

Moreover, the Twitch Drops event will take place as soon as possible once all preparations are complete.

We will always strive to ensure the reliability of our services.
