The rune Center of gravity does not work according to the text on the rune.

Accorind the the text you are supose to get a stacking damage buff

when standing still and lose stacks when moving but it does the complete

oposite it gives you stacks when moving and removes them when

standing still.

Can clearly see the buff on the buff bar and is clearly wrong

the and the buff it self does not seem to give any dmg either
