2. Maintenance Details

*Compensation for relevant issues as announced in the previous notice has now been sent.  

- [Exclusive] Rune Engraving Stone Selection Chest (Season Mode only)

  ㄴ The retrieval and replacement of Seals of Engraving with the item above was completed for Standard Mode during the May. 11 (Thu) maintenance.

- Trading Key – Charm

※ The compensation for the above issues will be sent to your in-game mail once you log in after the May. 18 (Thu) scheduled maintenance. 

As mail have a storage period, please make sure to claim your items within the period.

If you do not claim the items within the period, please note that we may not be able to offer you additional assistance on the matter, such as sending the items again.

※ 'Trading Key – Charm' compensation will only be sent once per account for both modes, and will disappear once the set period ends. Please make sure to claim your compensation within the set period in the mode that you wish to receive the items. 

※ '[Exclusive] Rune Engraving Stone Selection Chest' compensation will only be sent once per account, and will disappear once the set period ends. Please make sure to claim your compensation within the set period in Season Mode.

- The issue where some Artifacts that can be obtained as Chaos Card Mission rewards were acquired without options attached has been fixed. 

　ㄴ Only items affected by the issue above were changed to an unidentified state during the maintenance.

- The issue where records listed in Chaos Mission Rankings reset in certain circumstances has been fixed.

- The issue where the Guild Master’s mode and the Guild’s mode were different was fixed.

※ If you see the phrase below when accessing a Guild, please leave the Guild you are joining and rejoin the Guild in the same mode.

　ㄴ "Your mode does not match the Guild Master. Cannot use Guild content."

- The name ‘Zodiac Pass Season n’ has been changed to ‘Zodiac Pass n’ in order to avoid confusion. (May. 18 18:16 (UTC+9) Added)

3. Maintenance Compensation

: Gemstone of Courage x 5,000

* You can claim the compensation from your mailbox

after the May. 18 (Thu) maintenance until May. 18 (Thu) 23:59 (UTC+9).

*Maintenance compensation will only be sent once per account for both modes, and the mail will be stored for 3 days (72 hours).

 ┗ You can only claim the compensation from either Standard or Season Mode.

* Maintenance compensation can only be claimed by accounts created before the maintenance.

Compensation cannot be claimed by accounts that were created after the maintenance.

* The duration time of Pet Ability and Zodiac Walker did not decrease while maintenance was underway.

2. Maintenance Details

- Seals of Engraving acquired after the issue where they were obtained from Constellation of Time Reward Chests was fixed (May. 11), will be retrieved and [Exclusive] Rune Engraving Stone Selection Chests will be sent instead.

  ㄴ Affected Mode: Season Mode

  ㄴ The retrieval and replacement of Seals of Engraving with the item above was completed for Standard Mode during the May. 11 (Thu) maintenance.

- With the Chaos Star issue fixed, incorrectly used amounts of ‘Trading Key – Charm’ items will be sent.

※ The compensation for the above issues will be sent to your in-game mail once you log in after the May. 18 (Thu) scheduled maintenance.

■ The maintenance schedule may be subject to change.

■ Please log out of the game in a safe zone as gameplay will be unavailable during maintenance.

■ Guest accounts may be lost if you uninstall and reinstall the game.

■ Auction House, Constellation of Time, and Chaos Dungeons will be unavailable 10 minutes before maintenance begins.
