3. Maintenance Compensation

* You can claim the compensation from your mailbox

after the May. 11 (Thu) maintenance until May. 11 (Thu) 23:59 (UTC+9).

*Maintenance compensation will only be sent once per account for both modes, and the mail will be stored for 3 days (72 hours).

 ┗ You can only claim the compensation from either Standard or Season Mode.

* Maintenance compensation can only be claimed by accounts created before the maintenance.

Compensation cannot be claimed by accounts that were created after the maintenance.

* The duration time of Pet Ability and Zodiac Walker did not decrease while maintenance was underway.

4. Additional Information

- Compensation for the following resolved issues was sent to users’ mailboxes during the maintenance.

 ㄴ Issue where the amount of Pirate Coins owned was incorrect

 ㄴ Issue where items disappeared from Storage

 ㄴ Issue where Chaos Compendium progress was reset

 ㄴ Issue where Rune Birth Essence mileage was shared between Standard and Season Mode

 ㄴ Issue where Costumes purchased before the Season did not display properly after the Apr. 27 (Thu) update

※ The compensation will be sent to your in-game mailbox once you log in to the game after the May. 11 (Thu) maintenance – May. 24 (Wed) 23:59 (UTC+9). Sent mail will only be stored for 3 days (72 hours).

※ The compensation will only be sent once per account for both modes, and will disappear once the set period ends. Please make sure to claim your compensation within the set period in the mode that you wish to receive the items.
