First of all, we would like to offer our sincerest apologies to all Rune Hunters who have waited for the first Season of UNDECEMBER despite many concerns, for the long delay in the server opening.

Although we carried out many preparations in order to meet Rune Hunters’ expectations, unexpected issues occurred during our preparations that caused delays in the server opening.

As an apology to Rune Hunters who patiently waited for the server to open, the following compensation will be sent at a later date.

1. Compensation:

    - [Exclusive] Skill Rune Rare Upgrade Essence x1

    - [Exclusive] Skill Rune Legendary Upgrade Essence x1

    - Standard Light Element x50

2. When to Claim Compensation: 

  - Compensation can be claimed through your in-game mail will be sent at a later date. after the Ganida update maintenance 

     Apr. 28 (Fri) 2023, 16:00 – May. 1 (Mon) 23:59 (UTC+9)

       ※ With the integration of modes, please note that the maintenance compensation will only be sent once per account, and the mail will be stored for 3 days (72 hours).

         ┗ You can only claim the compensation from either Standard or Season mode.

We will do our best to complete the maintenance quickly and reliably so that Rune Hunters can continue their journeys as quickly as possible.
