Here is the notice on the details of the Apr. 27 (Thu) UNDECEMBER update.

Please refer to the information below for more details.

◈ UNDECEMBER Key Update

※ The following information is on the new content that will be added through the update.


◆ ACT 12 Ganida

The new Act, ‘ACT 12 Ganida’, will be added to the game.

✔ You can start the new Act through the quest, 'Act 12 The Best Choice’, after finishing 'Act 11 Message from Salvis’.

*The entrance to Coastal Forest, which goes to Plankland, can be found at Saint Lapia Hospital.


■ New Story

- After finishing the Act 11 Ortemis story, you will meet Canna at Saint Lapia Hospital.


- In order to meet the Zodiac Master of Hira, Canna will guide you to Ganida’s frontier, ‘Plankland’, in Elderridge Bay.

- Once you pass the Coastal Forest and set foot in Plankland with Canna, the new journey and story will begin.


■ New Areas

New areas for Ganida will be added.

18 stages with 9 themes will be added.


■ New Monsters

- 6 boss monsters and over 40 normal monsters will be added.

- 10 new random buffs will be added and existing random buffs will be improved and changed.

- 3 random buffs that only apply to monsters that appear in Act 12 will be added.


■ New Relationships

New NPCs for Ganida will be added.

- Please look forward to the new relationships and stories you will meet at Elderridge Bay.


■ Scenario Compendium

- The Main/Sub Quest Compendium and Journal for Act 12 Ganida will be added.

- To receive rewards, complete the Compendium by finishing Quests and collecting Journal items.


■ Episode Ranking

- You can refresh Episode Rankings and [Challenge] Episode Rankings once you clear Act 12.

- However, characters will not be able to participate in the Rankings if they do not meet the conditions needed to participate.

  1. Participation conditions for each Ranking can be found on the Ranking page within the game.


■ Challenge Difficulty

- You can only start Act 12’s Challenge Difficulty once you complete Act 11’s Challenge Difficulty.

- You can freely change between Challenge Difficulty ↔ Normal Difficulty

  through the ‘Saint Lapia Hospital‘ and ‘Plankland’ Waypoints or the World Map.

- When you clear Challenge Difficulty for the first time,

 Normal Difficulty will also be automatically cleared and you will receive its rewards as well.

- If you choose Challenge Difficulty, the quest you take on will be the same as the one for Normal Difficulty,

 but the monsters that appear will be stronger.

- With Challenge Difficulty, you will be able to receive more valuable rewards and other special rewards,

 such as Stardust of Evolution Ⅱ.




※ To Note

- Partying is not available for Challenge Difficulty.

- With Challenge Difficulty, your Resurrection Limit is 3 for the Act’s boss stage.

- To move to another Episode’s area or to Saluto whilst in Challenge Difficulty mode,

  you must first change your settings back to Normal Difficulty.

- If you change from Normal Difficulty to Challenge Difficulty, any open Chaos Dungeons will be closed.


◆ Season Mode

A Season Mode system that can be played for a certain period of time will be introduced. 

✔ Please see the ‘Improvements and Other Changes’ section below for more details on the changes

  that will be made with the introduction of the Season Mode system. 


■ Season Mode – Characters

 - Season Mode can be played with Season characters.

  You can create Season characters by selecting the ‘Season’ mode UI when creating a character.

 - Season characters and Standard characters can meet through town visits and Chat/Social features.

  However, for some game content, both types of characters cannot participate together.

 - Season characters and Standard characters cannot use the same Guild. 

 - Season characters will be converted into Standard characters at the end of each Season.


■ Character Transfer

 - You can change Standard characters you own into Season characters.

 - If you proceed with character transfer, all data, including equipped gear and items in your Bag,

  and excluding character name, will be reset and the character will be changed to a Level 1 character.

  As reset data cannot be recovered, please consider the above carefully before proceeding.

 - Once you log in after transferring your character, the tutorial story that progresses to Malo Front will begin. 

 - If the next Season does not start immediately after the end of a Season,

  character transfer cannot be done until the next Season begins.

  E.g.) If Season 1 ends on Jul. 6 and Season 2 starts on Jul. 20,

  you cannot transfer your character after the Jul. 6 maintenance – before the Jul. 20 maintenance.

 - If there are items that can be claimed from the Auction House/Trading Post,

  you will not be able to proceed with character transfer.

 - Your Social data (Friend List) will not be deleted even if you proceed with character transfer.

 - If the modes of the Guild Master and a Guild Member become different due to character transfer,

  the Guild Member, excluding the Guild Master, will not be able to use Guild content.

 - Once a season endsSeason Mode Guilds will be converted into Standard Mode Guilds,

  but Season Mode information (Guild Level and Guild Members) will not be reset.

  In other words, if a Season ends whilst Season mode characters have created and are participating in a Guild,

  the Guild will be converted into a Standard mode Guild without members leaving the Guild.


■ Chat Window

 - During Seasons, a Season icon will be displayed in the Chat window when Season Mode characters chat.

 - The Chat feature will be improved so that you can filter Standard/Season messages through Chat settings. 


■ Recruit Party

 - When using the Recruit Party menu, only recruitment posts from the same mode (Standard/Season) will be shown.

 - Recruit Party messages will also only be shown to users from the same mode.


■ Season Challenge

During Seasons, ‘Season Challenges’ will be available, where you can obtain various rewards by completing missions.

※ You can check out Season Challenges through the ‘Event’ menu.


 ✔ Basic Rules

 - Season Challenges can only be carried out during Seasons,

  and your progress is checked based on the progress of all Season characters during the Season period.

 - You can obtain rewards when your challenge score reaches a certain level as you carry out Season Challenges.


 ✔ Season Challenge Rewards

 - Season Challenges can be carried out and rewards received until the Season ends.

 Rewards that are not claimed after the Season ends will not be restored, so please claim your rewards beforehand.

 - Season Challenge Rewards are divided into shared-within-account rewards and Season Rewards.

 - Shared-within-account rewards are rewards that can be used both by Standard and Season characters,

  and include Costumes and Pets.

 - Once shared-within-account rewards are claimed, they can be used by Standard characters even during the Season.

 - Season Rewards are rewards that can be used in Season Mode,

  and are integrated into Standard Mode once the Season ends.


■ Season Rankings

 - Season Rankings can only be participated in by Season characters.

  Once a Season ends, Season Reward currency and Title Tickets are given according to your ranking.

 - Season Reward currency can be used to purchase exclusive items at the Season Shop

  through Ore Collector NPC Joyce once the Season ends.


◆ Stage Events

New stage events will be added and existing events will be improved. 

✔ A new stage event will appear by chance when entering an Episode or Chaos Dungeon.

 - Serpens Statue, Red Moon Domain, Altar of Blessing, and Chaotic Realm events will not occur simultaneously.

 - For Chaos Dungeons, the probability of events occurring increases depending on the card grade.

✔ Improvements will be made so that the Authority, Memory Rune,

  and the newly added Bounty and Surprise Mission events which occur in Chaos Dungeons can occur simultaneously.


■ Red Moon Domain

 - For stages after Episode 2, the Red Moon Altar, which creates a portal to the Red Moon Domain, will appear by chance.

 - In the ‘Red Moon Domain’, a Red Veil will approach,

  and you can proceed with the monster waves by defeating the Totems in the stage.

 - In the ‘Red Moon Domain’, you will get buffs that make it easier to fight,

  but they will turn into debuffs when you come into contact with the approaching Red Veil.

 - Once the limited time is up, you will be forced exited from the ‘Red Moon Domain’ stage

  and returned to the original stage you were at.

 - When you interact with the Red Moon Altar, a portal to the ‘Red Moon Domain’ event stage will be created.

 - Once you enter the ‘Red Moon Domain’ through the portal, you will fight for a limited time within a certain space.

 - When with a Party, the event will proceed and the limited time will begin passing

  even if only 1 Party Member enters the ‘Red Moon Domain’.

- The stage’s Totem emits an Aura that increases the movement speed of nearby monsters and reduces received Projectile DMG.

-  Dropped items cannot be claimed after you have been forced to exit.

-  In the ‘Red Moon Domain’, you can obtain Orb materials and energy with a higher chance compared to previous stages.


■ Altar of Blessing

 - For stages after Episode 3, the Altar of Blessing, where you can get buffs, will appear by chance.

 - When you activate the Altar, you will acquire a specific buff for 60 seconds.

 - When you move around the stage while the specific buff is activated, a ‘Realm Rift’ will appear.

 - Monsters will appear when you interact with the ‘Realm Rift’,

  and you can acquire large amounts of Light of Life by defeating Rare and Unique monsters.


■ Chaotic Realm

 - For stages after Episode 3, a portal to the Chaotic Realm stage will appear by chance.

 - Through the portal, you can move to a stage in one of the realms.

 - In realm stages, the realm’s Authority trap appears and you can acquire Charms of the same element.

 - The Nemera and Tri realms will not appear,

  but you can acquire Charms of the same element together with other Charms from different realms.

 - You can get more rewards by defeating the boss monster at the end of the realm stage.


■ Serpens Statue

 - While progressing through a Chaos Dungeon, you will encounter a Serpens Statue by chance.

  1. Up to 5 Serpens Statues will be created by chance during the relevant stage.
  2. The higher the Chaos Card grade, the more likely it is that the number of Statues that are created will increase.

 - When you approach a Serpens Statue, many special monsters will be summoned,

  and you can obtain rewards by defeating the Statue.

 - If you defeat all the Serpens Statues that appear in the stage, depending on the number of Statues you defeat (3 or more Statues),

  monsters that give additional rewards may be summoned or a portal that leads to a powerful special boss may be created.

 


◆ Descent Raid

- After the update, only Descent Raids will be available and other Raid content will be deleted.

- Descent Raids will be divided into Normal and Hard Mode.

✔ You can enter the raid through the Recruitment Board in each Act Town or in Saluto.


■ Descent Raid Details

 - There will be a total of 7 Descent Raids that will alternate and proceed for 2 weeks.

 - The Descent Raid level will increase as the Season progresses.

  After Apr. 27 (Thu), Descent Raids will proceed in the following order (based on the UTC+9 time zone):  


 - At the appearance time, select the boss for the raid before matching according to mode and entering.

  The raids’ opening times will remain the same.

- The required level for entering Descent Raids for Normal Mode is Lv.60, and is Lv.80 for Hard Mode.

- Once the raid is available, you can challenge the boss by either creating a raid party or matching.


■ Descent Raid Mode/Level

 - The difficulty mode of Descent Raids will be divided into Normal and Hard,

  and the number of people that can enter will be different.

 - The level of the Runestones you can obtain in Descent Raids will be different depending on the Descent Raid level.


■ Drop Rewards

 - The Shadow Mirror Shard gauge will be shared between both Normal and Hard Mode Descent Raids.

 - You can obtain a Unique Runestone once you defeat the Descent Raid boss.

 - If your Shadow Mirror Shard gauge is at 100%, the rewards from only one mode out of Normal/Hard can be obtained.

 - If you obtain a reward in Normal Mode through the Shadow Mirror Shard gauge and it is changed back to 0,

  the gauge will also show as 0 for Hard Mode as well.


■ Additional Rewards

 - Additional rewards can only be obtained through Hard Mode.

 - Clearing the raid in Normal Mode will not count towards your clear count for Hard Mode.

 - The additional rewards for Hard Mode can be claimed by each character.

 - Clear Rewards can be obtained by clearing the relevant difficulty mode with the Shadow Mirror Shard gauge at 100%.

 - DMG Rewards can be obtained by clearing the relevant difficulty mode

  even when the Shadow Mirror Shard gauge is less than 100%.

 - Shadow Mirror Shards are dropped from Episode 2, Act 10,

  and can be obtained from Chaos Dungeons and Constellation of Time content.

 - You can also obtain Shadow Mirror Shards through the new 'Constellation of Time' stage.


◆ New Descent Raid


■ Ruins Destroyer: Magroth

 ✔ Ruins Destroyer: Magroth will be appearing to challenge Rune Hunters.

│This invasive species that came from the void has the strange power to distort its environment.

│Protect the ruins meant for the 12 Gods from the threat of destruction.


 - Ruins Destroyer: Magroth is a Chaos/Physical Element boss.

 - As Raid content will be deleted, you will encounter Magroth in Descent Raids after the update.

 - You can obtain Gemstones of Courage and Runestone Selection Chests once you clear the raid.

 - You can also obtain the new ‘DMG Penetration’ type Unique Runestones.


■ Deliverer of Judgment: Evermund

 ✔ Deliverer of Judgment: Evermund will be delivering judgment on Rune Hunters.

 │ The twin warriors who fought for opposite sides during the Zodiac War

   established a deliverer of judgment to put an end to all their hostilities

 │ according to the will of the Gods. Send the lost deliverer remaining in the battlefield back to the arms of the Gods.


- Deliverer of Judgment: Evermund is a Chaos/Fire/Poison Element boss.

- You can obtain Gemstones of Courage and Runestone Selection Chests once you clear the raid.

- You can also obtain the new ‘Seal Effect’ type Unique Runestones.


◆ Constellation of Time

The new content, ‘Constellation of Time’, will be added to the game.

✔ You can enter and use the related features of Constellation of Time through Researcher Duey in Saluto.

*For Constellation of Time, related quests will be activated once you complete the Act 12 ‘Towards the Future’ quest.

*Constellation of Time is a 1-person challenge content that is not available for Partying.


■ What is Constellation of Time?

 - Constellation of Time is content that involves exploring constellations woven from the past memories of a specific person.

 - When you defeat monsters in Constellation of Time, Emotions will be dropped instead of items.

  You can receive rewards based on the points you obtain by acquiring these Emotions.

  1. There are 4 types of Emotions, and rewards will be given based on the accumulated points for each Emotion.


■ World's Memory

 - To activate Constellation of Time, you will need the World’s Memory item.

 - World’s Memory has tiers and grades, and you can get high tier/grade World’s Memory

  by crafting them through Alchemy → Combining or through Chaos Dungeons.

  1. Normal Tier 1 World’s Memory can be purchased from Researcher Duey’s Shop of Time

      with a weekly limit for each account.

 - The number of times you can try Constellation of Time and its monster levels

  will depend on the tier and grade of the World’s Memory that is registered.





■ Activating Constellation of Time

- Constellation of Time will activate after you register a World’s Memory and proceed with Restore Memory.

- You can then explore constellations of memories through the activated Constellation of Time.

 Please see below for more details on the different aspects.

① You can check your amount of Emotion, an important resource used in the Constellation of Time that is activated,

   number of attempts left, and the level of the monsters that will appear.

  1. There are 4 types of Emotions – Happiness, Sadness, Wrath and Joy –

      and depending on whether you enter Creuze or Aranea, the key Emotions are divided into 2.

  1. Emotions are used for unlocking Dungeons and activating Mystery Stones and duration time during stages.

② If you activate Mystery Stones or Zodiac Mystery Stones in the Dungeons,

   the relevant Element effect will be saved in your saved memories.

  1. Some Mystery Stone effects include an enhance effect that is constantly applied to the monsters in the affected Dungeon

      and a reward effect that is applied to the character.

  1. Element effects enhance the effects of the final reward,

     which can be obtained by clearing all the stages of the Constellation of Time.

  1. You can delete your Constellation of Time progress by pressing ‘Delete Memory’.
  2. You can move to the next stage by clearing Core Memories and consuming a World’s Memory.

③ You can check the stage you are currently doing. Press to move to unlocked stages.

④ Press to enter places that house memories.

  You can check the Emotions required to unlock the area below the Dungeon name.

  1. Unlocking is only possible for Dungeons that are connected to previously cleared Dungeons.

⑤ These are Core Memories and there is only 1 at each stage. You must clear them in order to move to the next stage.

⑥ When you collect the memories you get from clearing each Dungeon,

   you can claim Memory Restoration Rewards from the bottom.

  1. You can use Memory Restoration Rewards to get the chance to obtain various items and Star grade Zodiac Stones.

⑦ You can check information about the selected Dungeon.

  1. You can check the success conditions, Mystery Stone Element effects,

      Emotions that will be consumed, and memories that can be obtained.

  1. Press the ‘Enter’ button at the bottom to enter the selected Dungeon.
  2. Your attempt count will be deducted once you enter the Constellation of Time.


■ Entering Places of Memory

 - Once you enter a Dungeon, certain Emotions will slowly start to be consumed after a certain period of time.

  1. The Emotions that are consumed will be the same as the Emotions used to unlock the Dungeon,

      so please make sure you have enough Emotions before entering the Dungeon.

  1. During the waiting time after entering, you can move around freely and your Emotions will not be consumed.

      However, Emotions will begin to be consumed as soon as the waiting time ends.

 - You must quickly achieve the relevant Dungeon’s Success Conditions

  while making sure all your Emotions are not consumed.

  1. If your Emotions are consumed and reach 0 in the Dungeon you are in,

     you will be automatically removed from the Dungeon.

 - Wandering Merchant Bernie will appear in the stages by chance.

  1. Items sold by Wandering Merchant Bernie can be purchased

     with the Emotion resources you obtain from Constellation of Time.

  1. If you use up all your Emotion resources while using the Shop,

     your conversation with the NPC will automatically end.


■ Defeating Monsters

 - Emotions will drop when you defeat the monsters that appear in the memories.

  The Emotions you obtain will become integrated into the resources you own.

  1. You can check your current amount by pressing ‘Details’ (the 🍳 icon) on the right or from the Constellation of Time screen.

 - You can get more Emotions by defeating higher level monsters.


■ Activating Mystery Stones

- You may discover Mystery Stones and Zodiac Mystery Stones while exploring places of memory.

- To clear the Dungeon you have entered, you must activate the number of Mystery Stones specified in the success conditions.

- To activate Mystery Stones, you must consume the set amount of Emotions required for the activation.

  1. Once you activate a Mystery Stone, its Memory Element effect will also be activated.


■ Core Memories

- There is 1 Core Memory for each of stages 1-3, and you must clear the Core Memory in order to advance to the next stage.

- The success conditions for Core Memories not only include activating Mystery Stones,

 but also defeating the certain monsters that appear from the Memory Crystal object.

- Once you meet all the success conditions for the Core Memory,

  the message below will appear and you can then proceed to the next stage.


■ Stage Rewards

- You can obtain Stage Rewards by selecting the stage you have proceeded with.

- Stage Rewards are determined by the amount of Emotion acquired during the stage and Mystery Stone effects.

- Stage Rewards include items and Gold, and the Gold will be added to the Gold rewards you get when you clear the final stage.

- If you move on to the next stage without claiming your Stage Rewards, you will not be able to claim those rewards again,

 so please make sure you claim them before moving on.


■ Moving to the Next Stage

- You can move to the next stage once you clear the Core Memory of the previous stage.

- You will need another World’s Memory to proceed with the next stage.

  1. You can only use the same type of World’s Memory

      as the one that is applied to the current Constellation of Time that you are doing.

  1. You can choose a World’s Memory that has a different grade to the first one you used, but the tier must be the same.

- Once you select a World’s Memory and enter the next stage, the 4 types of Emotion resources will be charged by a certain amount.


■ Constellation of Time Rewards

 - Every time you clear a Dungeon, you can receive rewards for the Dungeon you clear from the Constellation of Time screen.

 - You can also get Memory Restoration points and receive Memory Restoration Rewards

  from the Constellation of Time screen for accumulating certain numbers of points.

 - You can obtain the final reward once you enter the final Stage 4.

  The effect recorded in your saved memory will only be applied to the final reward once you clear the final stage.

 - Depending on the effect recorded in your saved memory, you can obtain lots of various rewards,

  including Zodiac Stones, with your final reward.


◆ Zodiac Stones

‘Zodiac Stones’ that can be equipped onto Zodiac Traits will be added to the game.

✔ Zodiac Stone features can be accessed through the NPC Researcher Duey in Saluto.


■ What are Zodiac Stones?

 - Zodiac Stones are items that can be equipped onto Zodiac Traits.

 - There are 3 types of Zodiac Stones: Engraving (Moon)Engraving (Star)and Engraving (Sun).

 - 1 Zodiac Stone can be equipped for each Trait, including Traits 1 to Traits IX and Specialized Traits.

 - Zodiac Stones have unique stats and can be imbued with additional options through Emotion Engraving.


■ Where to get Zodiac Stones

 - Zodiac Stones can be obtained from Constellation of Time.

  1. First, you are guaranteed to obtain Zodiac Stones through the final reward you receive

     when clearing the 4 stages of Constellation of Time.

  1. Second, you have the chance of obtaining them from Memory Restoration Reward Chests,

      which can be obtained through Memory Restoration in Constellation of Time.

 - Obtained Zodiac Stones can be purchased and sold at the Auction House.

  1. If you purchase a Zodiac Stone from the Auction House or carry out Emotion Engraving,

      it will become yours and will no longer be available for trade.

 - You can obtain new Zodiac Stones by synthesizing Zodiac Stones with the same grade through Alchemy.


■ Equipping Zodiac Stones

 - To equip Zodiac Stones, you must meet the Engraving upgrade requirements by activating the specific node of each Trait.

  1. The nodes that need to be activated to meet the Engraving upgrade requirements are different for each Trait.

 - Once you meet the Engraving upgrade requirements, you can unlock the Engraving (Moon),

  Engraving (Star), and Engraving (Sun) slots.

 - Unlocked slots can be equipped with Zodiac Stones that match the activated Engraving type.

  1. E.g.) You can equip Moon or Star Zodiac Stones into slots with Engraving (Moon) and Engraving (Star) activated.


■ Emotion Engraving

 - Through Emotion Engraving, you can imbue additional options to Zodiac Stones.

  1. There are 4 types of slots that can be engraved (Happiness/Sadness/Wrath/Joy).
  2. The options that are imbued are different for each Emotion, and are imbued by chance.
  3. Options that are imbued through Emotion Engraving will be reset when the next Season opens.

 - You can use the Emotion Engraving feature through NPC Researcher Duey in Saluto.

 - When Emotion Engraving, the below 4 Powerful Emotion materials are needed.

  1. Pure Happiness / Contradictory Sadness
  2. Scathing Wrath Intense Joy

- Powerful Emotions can be obtained by chance

 by defeating the monsters symbolizing the Emotions that appear in Constellation of Time.

  1. You can own up to 1,000 of each Powerful Emotion.


◆ Bounty & Black Market

New content, ‘Bounty’ and ‘Black Market’, will be added to the game.

✔ You can access Bounty and the Black Market through

   Ribjaw Pirates - Morgan the Vulture and Stenella Pirates - Jackie the Jester in Saluto.

 *Bounty and the Black Market will be activated once you complete the Act 12 ‘Towards the Future’ quest.


■ Bounty

 - ‘Bounty’ involves receiving a mission from one of the two factions, Ribjaw and Stenella,

  and defeating certain monsters in Chaos Dungeons.

 - The Pirate Coins acquired through Bounties can be used to purchase each faction’s Black Market items.

  1. Pirate Coins, currency for the Black Market, can be used by characters within each mode. (May. 4 19:35 UTC+9 Edited)
  2. As Pirate Coins will be reset at the end of the Season, please make sure you use all of them before then.

 - Bounty missions can be completed 7 times a day, and you can complete them 3 more times if you use a Zodiac Walker.

  1. You can use Christen's Certificates or Rubies to increase the number of times

      you can complete missions to up to 30 times a day.

 - The list of Bounty missions can be refreshed twice a day.

  1. You can use Wanted Posters or Rubies to increase the number of times you can refresh the list to up to 30 times a day.
  2. The number of completed Bounties and the number of times you refreshed the list is separate for each character.

    E.g.) Character A completes Bounties 2 times/refreshes list 1 time →

    Character B’s count for completing Bounties is 0 / refreshing list is 0 when they first log in

 - You can raise or lower your friendship with a specific faction depending on the Bounty mission.

 - Friendships affect your Friendship Level with each Pirate faction, and depending on your Friendship Level,

  the items that appear in the relevant Pirate NPC’s Black Market will be different or the items that can be purchased will become limited.

  1. Each faction’s Friendship values will be applied to all characters within your account.

 - You can only carry out 1 Bounty mission at a time, and you will encounter the target monster

  when you enter the Chaos Dungeon after accepting the mission.


■ Black Market

 - The Black Market is a shop where you can purchase products

  with the Pirate Coins you obtain through Bounty and Surprise Missions.

 - The items on the Black Market are refreshed at regular intervals,

  and can be refreshed immediately if you use the relevant Faction’s Coins.

  1. The list of Black Market items is shared between characters within each mode.
  2. If you refresh the list of items by using Coins,

     the number of Coins required for the next refresh will keep increasing (resets daily).

  1. If you refresh the list, all the items sold at the shop will be refreshed.
  2. If you refresh the Black Market item list, the new item list will be shared between characters within each mode.

    E.g.) In other words, even if you log in with Season Character B after refreshing the list with Standard Character A,

    the list of items for Character B will not change. 

 - Various items are sold at the Black Market, including gear, Artifacts, Charms, Essences, and material items.

 - All items have a purchase limit, whilst some items can only be purchased once certain conditions are met.

- After the 3rd Rune slot opening, the amount of Traum’s Crystal and Gold that is consumed will decrease.

Trigger Slots, which can be used to equip Target Skills, will be expanded.

◆ New Weapon: Bowgun

The new weapon, ‘Bowgun’, will be added to the game.

 │The 'Bowgun' is a unique weapon only used by the pirates of Elderridge Bay,

   and works by shooting small bombs from a small crossbow.


■ Introduction to the Bowgun

 - You can obtain the new Bowgun weapon through various UNDECEMBER content, including the Shop and by defeating monsters.

 - The Bowgun can be equipped as a Dual Wielding weapon or as a 1-handed weapon.

  1. The same Bowgun will be equipped when you use it as a Dual Wielding weapon,

      while only Magazines can be equipped as Off-hand gear when using the Bowgun as a 1-handed weapon.

 - The range of all Projectile skills used by the Bowgun will decrease.

 - When you equip the Bowgun, you can use the ‘Bowgun’ skill,

  which has the ‘Bowgun’ tag, and the ‘Bow, Bowgun’ skill, which has the ‘Overheat’ tag.

 - When you use skills with the ‘Overheat’ tag, the Overheat gauge will begin to fill up.

  Your Overheat value will decrease little by little when not fighting.

  1. Some Skill Runes have the effect of reducing Overheat values by a certain amount when used.
  2. You can expand your Max Overheat through gear, Zodiac Specialization etc.


- Although the DMG you deal to the enemy increases as your Overheat gets higher,

 as soon as the gauge goes past the Critical Overheat Point, you will go into an Excessive Overheat state, as seen below,

 and you will no longer be able to use skills with the ‘Overheat’ tag.

 - Rapid Overheat Release will be automatically used along with a certain motion when you go into Excessive Overheat state,

4 types of the new Emergency Request Chaos Stone will be added.

  1. If you enter a Chaos Dungeon with a Normal or higher Chaos Card and an Emergency Request registered,

     the registered Emergency Request’s surprise event is guaranteed to occur.



■ Events: New Authorities

 - The following Authority events will be added to Chaos Dungeons: Hamal and Acuben.

 - Authority events will only occur by chance when you enter a Chaos Dungeon

  with a Rare or higher Chaos Card registered.

 - 2 new items will be added to the God’s Resonance Stone Chaos Stone.

  1. If you enter a Chaos Dungeon with a Rare or higher Chaos Card and a God’s Resonance Stone registered,

     the Authority event of the registered God’s Resonance Stone is guaranteed to occur.

 




■ New Chaos Boss Dungeons and Trials

- 2 Chaos Boss Dungeons (Tier 11) will be added.

  1. Realm of Hamal and Realm of Acuben will be added, and they can only be entered through Greater Chaos Cards.

- The new Trials, ‘Hamal (Trial of Plants)’ and ‘Acuben (Trial of Clouds and Rain)’, will be added.

- The types of Trials will change depending on the Trial level of the Chaos Statue.

◆ Expansion of Rune Growth Max Levels

Rune Growth max levels will be expanded.

- The max growth level will be increased from Lv.35 → Lv.40.

  1. Expanding max growth level through Rune Candor Essence upgrade will allow growth

◆ Changes to Rune Sources

Changes will be made to Rune sources. You can check the changed sources through the ‘Source Filter’ function,

which can be found in Journal → Item Compendium → Rune Compendium.

✔ Obtaining Synthesis Runes will be changed so that they can also be obtained from drops in a sealed state.

  Sealed Synthesis Runes can be traded.

✔ Some sources for obtaining Synthesis Runes have been changed from the Shop etc. to drops,

◆ Avatars: Artifacts

Artifacts that can be equipped to Avatars will be added to the game.

✔ You can equip Artifacts with the V key or through Relic from the menu at the top (the ‘☰’ icon).


■ What are Artifacts?

- Artifacts are items that can be equipped onto Avatars, and all Avatars share the same equipped state.

- You can equip Artifacts from the ‘Relic’ screen, and you must meet the Relic level conditions in order to do so.

  1. Like gear, Artifacts can be freely removed.

- Artifacts have unique stats, and you can imbue them with Prefix/Suffix/Legendary options.

- Prefix/Suffix/Legendary options can be imbued with a new type of option called Charge options.

  1. Through Charge options, you can get the chance to obtain various items such as Charms, Essences, Runes, gear, and materials.
  2. You can decide whether to apply Charge options when entering Chaos Dungeons.

      Once you create a Dungeon after applying a Charge option, your count will immediately be deducted.

  1. Charge options can be recharged after they are used by consuming Mysterious Elements,

      but ‘Unable to Charge’ options cannot be charged once their count has been used up.

- Artifact effects are only applied to the user while the Avatar is summoned.


■ Obtaining Artifacts

- Artifacts can be obtained at the Black Market and will appear by chance when the items that are sold are refreshed.

  1. You need Pirate Coins, which can be obtained through Bounty and Surprise Missions, in order to use the Black Market.

- Artifacts purchased from the Black Market can be traded at the Auction House.

  1. Once you purchase an Artifact from the Auction House or equip one on an Avatar, it becomes yours and can no longer be traded.


■ Types of Artifacts

- The two types of Artifacts that can be equipped onto Avatars are Core and Soul Gem. There are also Unique Artifacts.

- Core and Soul Gems have unique stats according to their names.



■ Enchanting Artifacts

 - If you have Artifacts and Artifact Upgrade Essences, you can enchant your Artifacts through NPC Blacksmith.

 - Artifacts can have Prefix and Suffix options if they are of Magic grade or higher.

 - You can imbue 1 option for Magic grade and 2 options for Rare grade.

  Additional Legendary options will be imbued when the grade is increased to Legendary grade.

  1. If the Artifact increases to Legendary grade, current Prefix/Suffix options will become locked.

 - You can check which options can be imbued on Artifacts and probabilities through the in-game Enchant screen.


◆ Artifact Essences

3 Relic Artifact Essences will be added to the game.

 ✔ Artifact Essences can be obtained through UNDECEMBER content.

■ Zodiac Partial Reset Function

 - A Zodiac partial reset function, which can deactivate activated Zodiac Nodes when they are clicked on/tapped again, will be added.

 ※ However, preceding nodes cannot be deactivated.

 ※ After changing a Zodiac Node, if it is different to the conditions of the Zodiac Stone you have equipped, it will become unusable.


■ Zodiac Copy/Paste Function

 - A function for copying Zodiac Node information when viewing details of another Rune Hunter's character info will be added.

  1. After copying the Zodiac Node information while viewing the details of another user’s character info,

     the information will be applied immediately when you click/tap the 'Paste' button in the Zodiac menu.

 ※ To copy and apply the Zodiac Node information of another user, you must both have cleared Challenge Difficulty.

    Moreover, the Trait Points you currently own must be the same or more as the Trait Points of the character you are copying.

 ※ If the Trait Points you currently own is less than the Trait Points of the character you wish to copy,

    you will not be able to use the Zodiac Node copy function.

 - A separate UI for checking Guild buffs and event-related buffs, such as for Hot Time, will be added.

■ Episode Improvements

- The number of Treasure Chests, Sanctums, grade monsters,

 and destruction props that appear in Episode stages will be adjusted.

- Portal locations will be displayed and improved on Episode World Maps.

- Due to this improvement, the Portal locations of some stages may be different from previously.

- The type and quantity of some quest clear rewards will be changed.


■ Sanctum Improvements

 - The Sanctum effects that appear in Episodes and Chaos Dungeons will be improved and new Sanctums will be added.

 Sanctum effects that do not fit the current structure will be deleted or replaced with other effects.


■ Void Rift – New Season

 - The current season of Void Rift will end, and a new season will begin!

  1. Your Void Rift progress, Rank Points, and reward history will reset every season.
  2. The boss monsters and levels of each area will also change once the Void Rift is reset.
  3. You will not be able to receive the previous season’s rewards once the season ends,

      so please be sure to collect all rewards before maintenance takes place.

 - The Void Rift season will take place for 2 weeks.


■ Chaos Dungeon Reset

- After the update, the Chaos Statue Level will be reset to 1.

- The Chaos items (Cards/Keys/Card Chests) you own will be converted into Chaos Tickets.

- After the update, you will only be able to use the Chaos Statue after clearing all Act 12 main quests.

  1. Quests related to Chaos Dungeons, which can be carried out through NPC Leon,

     will be hidden from the in-game UI until the Chaos Statue is opened,

     and will be displayed again once the Chaos Statue opens.


■ Chaos Statue

- An ‘Emergency Request‘ section will be added to the Chaos Stone selection screen.

- A ‘Chaos Card Tier Upgrade Stone’ section will be added to the Chaos Stone selection screen.

- A limit of 3 resurrections will be applied to all Dungeons that are entered through the Chaos Statue.


■ Chaos Card Growth Improvements  

- Max Chaos Card Growth levels will be increased from Lv. 10 > Lv. 15.

- With this expansion in Chaos Card Growth, monster levels will also increase up to +15.

- Chaos Card Growth for Lv. 11 or higher is only available from Chaos Statue Lv. 20 or higher.

- If your Chaos Card is Lv. 11 or higher, Traum’s Crystals/Rune Engraving Stones will be additionally dropped.

- The amount of Darkness Energy needed to grow Chaos Cards will be reduced.

- Regardless of Card type, the effects according to a Chaos Card’s growth level will be changed as follows:

  1. Lv. 1-10: Add 3% Statue EXP per growth level
  2. Lv. 11-15: Add 1% item drop chance per growth level


■ Chaos Compendium Improvements

- The Chaos Compendium will become based on a method of acquiring Compendium Points as you play.

 ※ With this change in method, all currency consumed for increasing Chaos Compendium levels will be restored. 

- The Chaos Compendium will be reset every time a Season ends, both for Standard and Season Mode.

- Depending on whether you choose Standard/Season Mode, the Chaos Compendium will be shared separately within each mode. 

  1. Shared among Standard characters / shared among Season characters

- When playing Chaos Dungeons, you will acquire Compendium Points as you carry out missions,

 and various effects will be given depending on the points you obtain. 

- If you play a Chaos Dungeon with a Party, you can obtain all Party Members’ Compendium Points.

  1. You can participate in Season Rankings with the Compendium Points you obtain.


■ Rune Growth

- To improve the convenience of the Rune Growth feature, a ‘Quick Fill’ button and a ‘Max Level Up’ button will be added.

- The ‘Quick Fill’ button automatically adds the Rune Growth materials needed for levelling up.

※ Growth above the set max level is not possible.

- The ‘Max Level Up’ button automatically adds the necessary materials for growing the Rune to max level.


■ Rune Awakening

 - From the current system where you get Awakening Stones by using Engraving Stones,

  the system will be improved so that you can awaken Runes immediately when you use an Engraving Stone.

 - Improvements will be made so that you can always select Awakening type when doing Awakening.

 - Rune Awakening can be carried out through a Mystic,

  and you will be able to select to use an Engraving Stone and the effect that will be imbued.

 - Skill/Link Rune Engraving Stone elements will be changed so that they can be traded at the Auction House.

 - Skill/Link Rune Engraving Stone items will be divided into items that are tradable at the Auction House, and [Exclusive] items.

  1. [Exclusive] items cannot be traded with other Rune Hunters at the Auction House.
  2. When Awakening, [Exclusive] items will be used first.

 - Skill/Link Rune Engraving Stones and Pieces you already own will be changed to [Exclusive] Engraving Stones and Pieces.


■ Monster Random Buff

- The color of the name of the random buff imbued according to monster level

 will be displayed differently according to the random buff’s set tier.


■ Quests

- Improvements have been made to the screens for receiving Guaranteed Rewards and Selective Rewards

 that pop up when claiming quest rewards.

- Improvements have been made so that a large amount of EXP can be obtained when clearing some main scenario quests.


■ Stats

- The descriptions of some stats will be modified as follows.


■ Titles/Achievements/Medallions

 - With the Ganida update and new Season Mode, new Titles, Achievements, and Medallions will be added.

  1. For more details, please check the in-game Journal.

 - Titles and Achievements obtained by characters in your account will be merged according to the following criteria:

  1. Criteria 1: Standard Mode Characters
  2. Criteria 2: Season

 - Titles will be merged separately according to Standard/Season Mode.

  1. Titles obtained in Standard Mode: Only shared between Standard characters
  2. Titles obtained in Season Mode: Only shared between Season characters 

※ However, once a Season ends and Season characters become Standard characters,

  the Titles achieved in Season Mode will be absorbed and integrated into Standard Mode.

 - Achievement levels, requirements, and reward type and quantity will be adjusted.

 - Some Titles will be deleted, or their requirements will be changed.

 - Some Medallions will be changed so that they are not shown to users who have not acquired them.

 - During Season Mode, you will be able to obtain season-exclusive Titles as ranking rewards. 

  1. Season-exclusive Titles given as ranking rewards can be set on all Season characters during the Season. 

 - After the Ganida update and introduction of Season Mode, Medallions obtained for each character will be shared within your account.

 - Some Medallions will only be available to obtain through Season Mode.

 However, a Medallion that has been obtained once can be used regardless of mode.

 E.g.) Medallion A, obtained by a Season character, can still be used by a Standard character.


■ Disassembling

- Skill/Link Rune items will no longer be available to dissemble.

- All results from disassembling gear items will be adjusted.

- Resurrection Scrolls will be changed so that they can be disassembled.

 You will be guaranteed to get 1 Identification Scroll if you dissemble a Resurrection Scroll.  (Added on Apr. 26 (Wed) 17:09 UTC+9)

- With the addition of Tier 12 options, the following rewards will be given according to requirements when gear is disassembled.


■ Creating Characters

- When creating a character, a Prologue video will be played depending on whether you are creating a character for the first time.

  1. If creating a character with your account for the first time: You will enter the Character Creation screen

     after the Prologue video has been played.

  1. If you already have a character in your account: You will enter the Character Creation screen without the Prologue video playing.

- You can create up to 8 characters, and 8 default slots will be provided.

 ※ If you have previously expanded your character slots, the currency you have used will be restored.


■ Character Selection Screen & Deleting Characters

 - If you have a Season character, a Season icon will be displayed in the relevant character slot on the character selection screen.

 - When you press the Season icon, you can view the tooltip explaining the mode effects that are being applied.

 - After our global service integration, the waiting time after deleting a character will be changed to 3 hours.

 - Please note that if you delete more than a certain number of characters, you may experience issues with the deletion process. 

 ※ If such an issue occurs, please contact Support. 


■ Pet System

 - All purchased Pets can be used within your whole account regardless of your character's mode.

  1. Regardless of what mode your character is in when you purchase Pets,

     Pets can be used by all the Season/Standard characters within your account.

  1. Any remaining time for using Pet Abilities is also applied to all Season/Standard characters.
  2. The cooldown time for Pet Abilities (sell/disassemble) is also applied to all Season/Standard characters. 

 - For the Pet Potion feature, improvements will be made so that settings are saved for each character.

  1. Each character in the account can have different Potion usage settings.
  2. If you change from Standard Mode to Season Mode through Character Transfer,

     your settings for using Pet Potions will not be transferred.

     E.g.) Character A: Set with 2 Recovery Potions, 1 Enhance Potion /

     Character B: Can be set with 1 Recovery Potion, 2 Enhance Potions

 - Even if a Season Mode character is merged into Standard Mode at the end of a Season,

  all shared content within the account will be maintained.


■ Relics

 - Relic level and EXP information will be applied separately for Standard/Season Mode.

 - Once a Season ends, Relic levels and EXP for each mode in the account

  will be compared and merged based on the higher values.

 E.g.) If your Relic level is 15 in Standard Mode and 17 in Season Mode →

  Your Relic level will be merged to Lv.17 once the Season ends.

 - The daily limit for using Light of Life will be removed, so you will be able to use them without limit. 

 - UI clarity will be improved so that you can tell when an Avatar’s Passive Skill has been added.

 - A function for recovering your Light of Life gauge by using items as materials will be added.

  1. You can recover your Light of Life by using Mysterious Elements.


■ Mastery

- During Season Mode, your Mastery EXP and level will be separate according to Standard/Season Mode.

- Once the Season ends, your increased Mastery EXP and level in Season Mode will be compared to your Standard Mode values

 and be merged based on the character with the higher values.

- Mastery level and EXP can be used together by characters within each mode (Standard/Season).

 E.g.) When Mastery Lv. 5 is achieved with Standard Character 1,

  Mastery Lv. 5 can still be used when logging in with Standard Character 2.

- When changing a Standard character to a Season character,

 effects are applied according to the Mastery information stored in Season Mode.

- If you change a Season character to a Standard character before a Season ends,

 your Mastery level and EXP will be merged based on the character with the highest Mastery level and EXP.


■ Trading Keys

 - Trading Keys will be subdivided according to item type, and the Trading Keys that can be used will be limited according to item type.

 - You can use Trading Keys to make an item tradeable, and the number of Trading Keys needed

  will increase along with increases in each item’s trade count.

 - Whether Trading Keys can be used and its use count will be displayed within the item’s UI.

 - The different types of Trading Keys are as follows:

 ※ The Trading Keys you currently own will be changed to Trading Keys – Gear.


■ Social Features

 - With the introduction of Season Mode, the game’s Social features will also be updated.

 - In the Social menu, you can search for both Standard Mode and Season Mode characters.

  1. Even if the mode of the user you search is different to yours, you can still add them as a friend.
  2. But you will not be able to invite users to a Party or Raid if the mode of the user you search is different to yours.
  3. In the Social UI, if a character from another Season has been added or is searched,

     a Season mark will be displayed in the background.

 - Your Friends list in the Social menu will not be reset when a Season ends.


■ Auction House

 - Based on the season information of an obtained item,

  a current Season search option will be added to the Auction House search menu.

 - In Standard Mode, a menu for distinguishing between items acquired from previous Seasons will be added.

 - An Auction House button for searching materials will be added to the Rune Growth screen and Enchant screen.

 - To improve the convenience of the Auction House, a function will be added where the lowest price is automatically set

  based on average daily trade prices when registering Legendary Essence and Orb items (there is no maximum price limit).

 - Zodiac Stones and Artifacts will be added to the Auction House categories.

 - An Auction House button for searching materials will be added to the Rune Growth screen and Enchant screen.

 - A button for opening the Auction House straight from Town will be added.

 - A separate UI where you can check the Auction House will be displayed.

 - When registering an item while using the Auction House, you can choose between Auction Registration and Trade Registration.

 - If you register an item for Trade, it will be shown to all users on all servers.

   With Trade Registration, items such as Essences and Bundles, that is, items without random elements can be registered

   (gear, Charms, and Runestones cannot be registered).

 - If you register an item for Auction, only items that are registered on the same server as you will be shown.

   With Auction Registration, all types of items can be registered.

 - Items registered for Trade can only be traded with the Buyout feature.

   Items registered for Auction can be traded with both the Bid and Buyout feature.

 - Depending on whether you register for Auction/Trade Registration, different service fees will apply when your transaction is complete

   (30% for Trade Registration, 15% for Auction Registration).


■ Alchemy

 - Alchemy slots will be operated separately for each mode.

  Therefore, characters of the same mode will be able to use the slots together.

  E.g.) If Standard Character 1 uses the first slot, you will continue to use the first slot if you log in with Standard Character 2.


 - With the Apr. 27 (Thu) maintenance, all content that is in use in Alchemy slots/Formula slots will be deleted.

※ Please claim all rewards before the maintenance.


 - In the case where Season 1 ends with you starting Alchemy during the Season but not claiming your Alchemy results,

  if a new Season begins or if there is no Season, your completed Alchemy results will be moved to a temporary slot

  and you can claim them with a Standard character.


 - The requirements for unlocking Alchemy slots will be changed to reaching certain Achievements rather than using paid currency.

 - Acceleration effects based on the number of Alchemy slots will be removed.

  Acceleration effects can be increased through Alchemy Mastery or by purchasing the Zodiac Pass.


 - Ceiling points in Alchemy can be used separately within each mode.

 - At the start of the first Season, Season characters will start with all Alchemy ceiling points at 0.

 - At the end of the Season, Standard/Season Mode ceiling points will be compared and merged based on the higher value.


■ Item Compendium

- With the Item Compendium, you will be able to register items regardless of which Season they were obtained from.

- With the Item Compendium, you will be able to check Skill/Link Rune Engraving and Awakening information.


■ NPC Shop

- Gear shop items and gear levels will be adjusted. Bowguns and Magazines will be available to purchase after Episode 3.

- The Runes sold for each Act will be adjusted. Runes related to the Bowgun will be sold after Episode 3.

- Formula Page Selection Chests will be sold at the Gemstone Shop.


■ Minions

- When summoning Abysslings, Rune Knights, Sentries, and Totems, the Minions’ Health bar will no longer be displayed at the top. 


■ Items

 - High Traces of Creation will be changed so that it is available to trade at the Auction House.

 - Effects and sound effects that occur when items are dropped will be adjusted according to the value of the item.


■ Daily Total Playtime Rewards

- Daily Total Playtime Rewards will be adjusted so that there are up to 5 levels.

- If you play for 90 minutes, you can get the level 5 reward.

 - The top categories on the Storage screen will be improved.



■ Addition of ‘Register Skill’ Function

 - A function for registering skills by pressing the + button of an empty skill slot in the HUD will be added.

 - By pressing the edit button, the slot will change between skill use mode ↔ skill edit mode,

  allowing you to change the equipped skill.


■ Other

 - When donating to a Guild, a pop-up UI will appear that will make it easier

  to check the reward that will be obtained with the donation.

 - When playing, an icon that indicates activated Zodiac Walker/Pet Abilities

  will be displayed on the right side of the character name at the top of the screen. 

  1. When you press the icon, a UI for purchasing Zodiac Walkers/Pet Abilities will appear.
  2. Due to icon display changes, Zodiac Walker effects will no longer be displayed in the Paid Shop.

■ Ortemis Growth Support Chest Event

- The Ortemis Growth Support Chest event will be ending.

※ As the event will end after the Apr. 27 (Thu) maintenance, please use your Ortemis Growth Support Chests before then.

  Unused chests will disappear after the event ends.



■ 2023 Spring Greeting Celebration Event

 - The 2023 Spring Greeting Celebration Drop event and Attendance event will be ending.

 ※ Please note that once you log in after the Apr. 27 (Thu) maintenance,

   the Spring Greeting Chests in your mail and Bag will disappear and will no longer be available to use or sell.

 ※ As the event will end after the Apr. 27 (Thu) maintenance, please use your Spring Greeting Chests before then.

■ Character EXP

- The EXP given for Chaos section monsters has been significantly increased.

- The EXP required to level up a character has been significantly lowered.

※ By minimizing the repetitive leveling up process, we hope that Rune Hunters will be able to experience easier growth.


■ Enchant Mastery & Alchemy Mastery

- The max level of Enchant and Alchemy Mastery has been increased from Lv. 40 to Lv. 50.

- The EXP required to level up Mastery has been significantly lowered.


■ Relic EXP

- The EXP required to level up Relics has been significantly lowered.


■ Chaos Statue EXP

- The amount of Chaos EXP given by monsters in Chaos Dungeons has been significantly increased.

- The EXP required to level up the Chaos Statue has been significantly lowered.


◆ Items


■ Traum’s Crystals

 - Traum's Crystal and Traum's Crystal Piece items, which are materials needed for Rune Cast expansion,

  will be changed from Rare to Unique grade.

 - Exclusive items of Rune Cast expansion materials will be introduced.

 - Improvements will be made so that all Rune Cast expansion materials can be stored in Storage > Material Storage.

 - Changes will be made so that when expanding Rune Casts, [Exclusive] Traum’s Crystal items will be used first.

 - Traum's Crystal and Traum's Crystal Piece items will be available to register at the Auction House after the update.

 - Traum’s Crystals and Pieces you already own will be changed to [Exclusive] items.



■ Enchant: Addition of Tier 12 Options

 - With the addition of higher tier gear, Tier 12 Prefix/Suffix options will be added.

 - Tier 12 options will appear starting from gear that can be obtained from monsters of Lv. 121 or higher.


■ Adjustment of Essence Items

- The Enchant effect of Alyssa Essence will be adjusted.

  1. (Before) Select and fix 1 option of a Rare item that is Lv. 70 or higher, and apply all other options by chance.
  2. (After) Select and fix 1 option of a Rare item that is Lv. 88 or higher, and apply all other options by chance.

- The Enchant effect of Vesper Essence will be adjusted.

  1. (Before) Re-imbues Tier to a Rare gear above Lv. 70 while maintaining the imbued options.

     At least 1 option will be imbued with the highest Tier, including options where the highest Tier is fixed.

  1. (After) Re-imbues Tier to a Rare gear above Lv. 88 while maintaining the imbued options.

    At least 1 option will be imbued with the highest Tier, including options where the highest Tier is fixed.

- The grades of Quality Modification Essences and Quality Modification Essence Pieces will be changed from Legendary to Unique.


■ Orbs

- The drop rate of Orb items has been increased.

- The success rate for each level of Orb items has been increased.


■ Charms

 - When a Rare Charm is upgraded, 1 additional option will be imbued and up to 2 additional options will be imbued by chance.

 - Just like gear, Charms are obtained with their options revealed, and unidentified Charms will appear by chance.

 - Unidentified Charms require Identification Scrolls, but the chance of preferred options appearing will increase.

 - The current system where Affix tiers, which are the same as the Charms’ display tiers, are imbued

  will be changed so that Affixes up to the max display tier can appear by chance.

 - The functions of Charm Tier Magic/Rare Change Essences will be changed.

  1. Charm Tier Change Essences reroll the Charm’s display tier, as well as the Affix tier within the Charm.

 - If the Charm’s tier is at max, the Charm’s tier will not not change.

 - From Episode 2, Charms will be dropped.

 - The probability of obtaining option tiers for each Charm level will be adjusted.

 - Charms and Chaos Orbs will be sold at the Shop after the update.

  1. However, Tier 7/8 Chaos Orbs and all Chaos Stars, regardless of tier, will still not be available to purchase. 

 - The selling price of Charms will be increased.

 - The values of Blessing options will be adjusted.

 - Charm Affix options will be changed and adjusted.

- Options you already own will be maintained.


■ Artifacts

- The options of some Artifact items will be changed.



■ Element Items

- Red, Green, and Blue Element types will be changed to Earth Elements according to level and will no longer appear in the game.

- Minor/Lesser/Standard/Greater Elements will be improved so that with 3 of them,

 you can convert them into higher Elements in your inventory.

- Combining lower Elements into higher Elements in Alchemy Combinations will be removed.



◆ Drops


■ Obtaining Items

- The drop rate of Rare items or higher will increase.

- The minimum level for the following items to be dropped will be adjusted.

  1. Orb Creation Materials: Dropped from Episode 2
  2. Charms: Dropped from Episode 2
  3. Rune Rare Upgrade Essences: Dropped from Act 2
  4. Rune Essences: Dropped from Act 1

- The following items will no longer be dropped.

■ Runestones

- Runestones will be dropped instead of Runestone Chests in Descent Raids.

- Moreover, the probability of higher grade Runestones appearing will be increased based on the rarity stats of the items found.

- Due to changes in Raids and Descent Raids, as well as the Ganida update,

 new Runestones will be added and the way in which some Runestones can be obtained will be changed. 

 Please see the table below for more details. 



■ Item Options

- Tier 12 item Affixes have been added, and some Prefix/Suffix option

  and Crafting Prefix/Suffix option values have been adjusted.

- The changes below will be applied starting from items acquired after the update,

  and the values of already existing items will be maintained.

  1. Normal Prefix/Suffix options
  2. Crafting Prefix/Suffix options


■ Enchanting

- When Enchanting, the amount of Essence that is consumed will be changed according to item tier. 

- When enchanting items with gear of Lv. 130 or higher,

 the quantity of some Essence materials has been changed to be additionally applied.

- The probability of high-tier Affixes appearing will increase according to item level.

- The probability of 6 slots appearing more often from Rune Birth Essence and Penta Rune Essence will be increased.

- In addition, the max accumulated Mileage will be adjusted as follows.



■ Affixes

- The "Kill EXP % Increase" option will no longer be distributed.

- The appearance rate of the "Movement Speed % Increase" option for Shoes will increase.

- The following Affixes from the list of Dagger Affixes will no longer appear when enchanted.

  1. Abyssling DMG +%
  2. Rune Knight DMG +%
  3. Sentry DMG +%

- Due to overall balance changes, the Affixes that can be imbued on some gear will change. (May. 4 19:35 (UTC+9) Added)

 └ Options that can be imbued when enchanting gear can be checked on the enchant screen.

 └ The options of current gear will be maintained, and the adjusted option list will be applied when obtaining or enchanting gear after the update.



■ Crafting

 - With improvements to the Crafting system, Crafting levels will be deleted.

  Only item levels will determine the chance of Crafting option tiers occurring.

 - Due to the deletion of Crafting levels, the amount of currency used during Crafting has been partially adjusted.

 ※ If you have already increased your Crafting level,

    the amount of currency you have invested will be refunded according to your Crafting EXP.

 - High Crafting applies the same tier to the applied option instead of a random tier. (Added on Apr. 26 (Wed) 13:45 UTC+9)

 - Improvements will be made so that you can see within the UI how much material will be used for each option during Crafting.

 - The stage at which Crafting becomes available will be changed.

  1. The Crafting menu will be activated once you complete the Act 11 ‘To Ortemis’ quest.

 - Crafting Affixes will also be applied to the second option of hybrid Armor.

 - The following options will no longer be distributed:

  1. Attack Speed % Amplification
  2. Cast Speed % Amplification
  3. Weapon Range +

 - These changes will be applied to items that are Crafted after the patch, and already existing gear will be maintained.



◆ Features

■ Alchemy

- Essences crafted through Alchemy will be given as [Exclusive] items.

- Some Alchemy crafting times will be adjusted.

- Alchemy Rune Synthesis ceiling quantities will be changed as follows.


- The cost needed when transferring will be reduced compared to before.


◆ Gold


■ Adjustments to Prop Gold Drops

- Destroying props will no longer drop Gold.

- Adjustments will be made so that when you open Vaults, multiple Gold bundles will be dropped.


■ Adjustments to Gold Drops According to Monster Level

- Adjustments will be made so that the higher the level of the monster, the more Gold it drops.


◆ Content


■ Spire of Barrier

- The Spire of Barrier difficulty level will be unified as 1.

- For Spire of Barrier, the number of waves that can be done will be reduced from 70 to 40.

- With this reduction, the difficulty of each wave will be partially adjusted,

 and the amount of rewards you receive upon clearing will also change accordingly. 

- You will receive additional rewards in your account only for your first clear every day.

- The maximum amount of Gold, Guild Tokens, and Ruby donations that could be made,

  which were previously determined by level, has now been removed.

- The maximum donation amount, unit donation amount, and contribution acquisition amount

 of Guild donations through currency have been adjusted.


■ Guild Buffs

- The following changes will be made to Guild buffs:


※ Guild buff effects have been changed from being applied to the entire Guild to individual Guild Members.

※ The principal agent for Guild buff purchases has been changed from the Guild Leader to individual Guild Members.

■ Avatar Passive Skills

- 24 Avatar Passive Skills will be added to the game.


■ Adjustments to Avatar Energy Consumption and Charging

- Depending on the Relic level reached, the amount of Avatar Energy consumption and charging have been generally modified.


■ Adjustments to Light of Life Drop Rate

- The drop rate of Light of Life has been reduced compared to previously.

 ※ You can instead obtain large amounts of Light of Life through the new field event, 'Altar of Blessing'.


■ Effect Changes

- Among the Avatar of Boreal’s Passive effects, the Enhance HP effect will be changed as follows:

■ Chaos Dungeons

- Rare missions will no longer be imbued.

- Due to the Chaos Statue Resurrection limit, Resurrection missions will be limited to a maximum of 3.

■ Adjustments to Enchant Mastery Options

Weapon Speed Increase option values will be decreased.

Weapon Critical Rate Increase option values will be decreased.

HP Regen/Sec options values will be increased.


■ Alchemy Mastery Reform

- New Mastery traits will be added for each tier.

- The names, effects, and values of current Mastery traits will be adjusted.

- Preceding Mastery trait restrictions will be removed.

■ Adjustments to Runestone Options

- The Magic DMG Amplification Runestone values will be decreased.

- The Unique DMG Amplification Runestone values will be decreased.


■ Changes to Runestone Names and Descriptions

- Some Runestone names and descriptions will be changed.


■ Auction House

- Trading of Runestones and Charms will become available at the Auction House.

- Trading of Traum’s Crystals will become available at the Auction House.

- Trading of Formula Pages will no longer be available at the Auction House.


◆ Battle Improvements


■ % chance to deal double DMG / triple DMG on hit

- The following stat descriptions will be changed:

  1. % chance to deal double DMG on hit → % chance to deal double Maximized DMG on hit
  2. % chance to deal triple DMG on hit → % chance to deal triple Maximized DMG on hit

※ You can increase your Trigger Chance with the ‘% chance to deal double/triple Maximized DMG on hit’ stat,

  and your Multiplier can be increased through the ‘Double/Triple Maximized DMG +%’ stat.


■ Weapon Range

- The calculation method for weapon range will be changed from the current adding up method to an area ratio method

  that is the same as the Area of Effect calculation method.

- In addition to Weapon Range +, you can increase your weapon range with Weapon Range +%,

 Weapon Range % Amplification, and Weapon Range % Dampening.

- You can check the weapon range applied to relevant skills that use weapon range.


■ Skill Resource Cost

- For Skill Runes that consume resources, resource costs will be changed

 so that they are expressed and processed to the first decimal place.


■ Status Effects and DoT

- The motions of Status Effect DMG and DoT will be changed as follows:

  1. DoT and Status Effect DMG will now be calculated in damage per second

     based on the character's stats at the time they are first applied, and will not change halfway through.

  1. DoT Acceleration will be changed so that although it reduces the duration of buffs,

     it will not reduce interval duration and will increase damage per second.

  1. DoT and Status Effect DMG buffs will be stacked separately for each buff’s duration time.

    ※ E.g.) Previously, when stacked 1->2, the duration was refreshed and effects occurred according to the stacks ->

      Now, each 1 stack is applied as 2 stacks independently

  1. Status Effect DMG will be modified so that it is individually dealt on enemies according to each caster (including Minions).

- Unique and boss grade monsters will be changed from being immune to certain Status Effects to not being affected.

  1. Although the ‘Immune to XX Status Effects’ option may look like the Status Effect is in effect,

     the effect is not actually applied in reality.

  1. With the above, options such as ‘DMG against Stunned enemies +%’ will be improved

     so that they are reflected in the DMG amount when fighting enemies that are immune to Status Effects.

  1. For the ‘XX Status Effect Immunity’ option, Status Effects will have no effect just like before.

- Debuff Effect and Crowd Control Duration, as DMG that causes Status Effects,

 will now have a variable effect and duration based on the percentage of the enemy’s HP that is lost.

  1. If Status Effects occur through the ‘DMG % Amplification XX’ option,

     it will amplify the DMG that determines the effect and duration and be applied as a higher value.

  1. The ‘Min % XX applied’ and ‘Min XX Duration +’ options will guarantee the minimum value for Status effects and duration.
  2. A max value for Debuff Effects exists internally, and you can increase the max value with the ‘Max XX Effect +%’ option.

- Venom duration will be changed from 4 seconds to 3 seconds.

- The damage conversion rate of Venom per stack will be significantly increased.



◆ Other


■ Charm Fusion

- When doing Charm Fusion, the amount of Gold needed will change depending on the tier of the Charms that are being fused.



■ Increase in Item Max Stacks

 - The Max Stacks of the following items will be increased:

  1. Resurrection Scroll: 30 → 1000
  2. Identification Scroll: 50 → 1000
  3. Return Scroll: 50 → 100
  4. Element items: 500 → 1000
  5. Energy items: 30 → 100
  6. Star Memory: 100 → 1000

- The issue where among monster random buffs, Alyssa's Authority does not work properly will be fixed.

- Changes will be made so that DoT and Debuffs are applied to some entities that are summoned by boss monsters.

■ Drops

 - The issue where items are dropped in locations where items cannot be obtained in certain circumstances will be fixed.


■ Authority Option

- The issue where the ‘DMG upon every hit against enemies at 400 distance or more +%’ option is applied even with DoT will be fixed.



◆ Runes


■ Skill Runes

- The issue where one of the tooltips for Shockwave Trap [Source] Awakening reads as

  'Cannot link Concentrated Area Effect Link Rune’ will be fixed.

- The issue where the Cross Lightning effect of ‘Cross Lightning Arrow’ is sometimes displayed twice will be fixed.


■ Totems

- The issue where, among Weaken Element Totem (Source) Rune effects,

 the following is not applied when a character is resurrected will be fixed.

- Affected Buff: % increased Element DMG to enemies within 800 area for 3 secs upon Totem death


■ Link Runes

- A tooltip for Time Acceleration (Origin) Link Rune that states that its effect is not applied to Rapid Seal has been added.

- The issue where the Awakening option for Strike (Origin) Link Rune is not displayed on the linked Link Rune will be fixed.


■ Runestones

 - The issue where the tooltip is not displayed when ‘Skill Rune Effect +%’ is applied to a Skill

  that is not equipped on the Skill screen when Toggle Skill Rune is equipped among Runestone options, will be fixed.



◆ Other


■ Buffs

- The issue where DMG Status Effects are not imbued on certain objects will be fixed.
