the new Ganida update is coming!

With much excitement as we wait for the upcoming Ganida update,

we have prepared the following information on ACT 12 Ganida update pre-registration.

Please see the details below and pre-register to get rewards.

✅ Pre-registration Period

- Mar. 24 (Fri) – Apr. 26 (Wed) 24:00 (UTC+9)

✅ Pre-registration Details

- You can pre-register through the preview page during the period outlined above.

- Rewards will be given once the update is complete on Apr. 27 (Thu).

✅ Pre-registration Rewards

- 1 [Boros] Pet Coupon + Pet Ability (1 Day) + 20 Resurrection Scrolls (10 Season Scrolls + 10 Standard Scrolls)

✅ Things to Note for Pre-registration

- You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in pre-registration.

- You will only be able to participate once for each email entered, regardless of your OS.

- Additional information on pre-registration will be sent via email after the update on Apr. 27 (Thu).

  Please note that even if you do not receive the email due to certain changes,

 such as in spam settings or deletion of email addresses, resending the email will not be possible.

- We will not be able to provide any assistance, such as restoration,

 for any disadvantages you may experience if you enter your personal information incorrectly.

- Any users who pre-register with personal information stolen from another person may be subject to penalties,

 such as the withdrawal of any received pre-registration rewards.

- You will not be able to participate in the event or receive rewards

 if you do not agree to our Collection and Use of Personal Information policy.

- Pre-registration rewards can only be received once per account, and will be sent to your in-game Mailbox.

The images for the 2023 UNDECEMBER Roadmap on the ACT 12 Ganida Update Pre-registration page

have been subdivided into quarters so that users can see the schedule more clearly.

Moreover, we found that the previous Roadmap on the page, which had shown the schedule for 2023 all at once,

had some content that could have caused some misunderstanding. We apologize to Rune Hunters for this confusion. 

Please check the UNDECEMBER Roadmap on the Pre-registration page again,

and we will strive to ensure that we can provide more detailed information in the future.
