From around 15:35 on Feb. 23 (Thu) (UTC+9), to around 00:30 on Feb. 24 (Fri) (UTC+9),

there was an issue where the claiming of Rubies and items from the Auction House

in some environments on the America server was not working properly.

We would like to apologize for the inconvenience that was caused.

The issue has now been resolved, so you can now claim Rubies and items from the Auction House.

If you still experience problems with claiming Rubies and items despite the issue being resolved,

please contact Support and we will work to help you as quickly as possible.
