* You may claim the rewards after the Oct. 19 maintenance until Oct. 19 2022 23:59 (UTC+9) in your mailbox.

* Rewards are provided only once per account, and the mail is kept for 3 days (72 hours).

* Maintenance rewards can only be claimed by accounts created before maintenance. Rewards cannot be claimed by accounts that were created after maintenance has been completed.

* Pet Ability and Zodiac Walker duration is not deducted while maintenance is underway.
