Recently, there have been continuous cases of damages such as asset theft and

hijacked platform linkings resulting from account information being exposed to third parties during account sharing, transferring, or attempts to do so.

As UNDECEMBER supports cross-platform gameplay,

if your account is linked to a third party's platform account during account sharing or transferring,

critical issues such as losing access to your account may occur.

To ensure a safe service experience,

Rune Hunters are advised to thoroughly check the account security policy outlined below.



◆ Notice on Prohibition of Account Sharing and Transfers

1) In accordance with the UNDECEMBER Operations Policy and Terms of Service, sharing, renting, transferring, or engaging in any transactional behavior involving an account with anyone other than the person who created it is strictly prohibited.

2) If account sharing or trading is confirmed, measures ranging from temporary restrictions to a permanent game restriction may be applied without prior notice in accordance with the Operations Policy.

◆ Notice Regarding Non-Support for Recovery in the Event of Damage

1) Recovery support is not available for the following damages resulting from account sharing, proxy Growth/payment, account trading, etc.

- Inability to access accounts due to unauthorized third-party account linking and requests to unlink platforms

- Movement, loss, or deletion of in-game assets such as Characters, Gear, Currency, and Runes within the account

- Any tangible or intangible damages resulting from account sharing and trading disputes

- In-game Rewards, Event benefits, and time-limited Products that could not be obtained during the account restriction period

◆ Recommended Guidelines for Enhancing Account Security

1) Common Essential Security Measures

- Comply with the One Account per Person Principle: Never share account credentials (ID, password) you created with others. (Extremely Important!)

- Periodic Password Changes: Please set a secure password that is not shared with other websites.

2) Utilizing FLOOR Security Settings

- Overseas Login Block: Please Activate the [Overseas Login Block] setting to fundamentally block abnormal overseas access attempts.

- Login Management: Please check for unrecognized device access via My Page > [Login Management], and perform a remote logout if necessary.

- Designated PC Registration: You can enhance your security level by registering frequently used PCs as a [Designated PC].

3) Recommended Steam Security Settings

- Please review your account security settings to ensure that an email verification code is strictly required when logging in from a new device.
