UNDECEMBER will be undergoing a server patch on Dec. 26 (Fri) to address identified issues.

Dec. 26 Server Patch

1. Server Patch Schedule: Dec. 26 (Fri) 20:00 (UTC+9)

* Server patch will proceed without maintenance.

* Game is available to play while the server patch is underway.

2. Server Patch Details

- Fixed an issue where Zodiac Pass 4 was not displayed in in-game events after Dec. 25 (Thu) 09:00.

※ When this issue is fixed through a server patch, the Zodiac Pass 4 grade will be maintained; however, please note that Season Mission progress will be reset.

※ Among Rune Hunters who purchased Zodiac Pass 4, if Ruby was consumed when changing Lacrima or unequipping gear after Dec. 25 (Thu) 09:00, the consumed amount will be reimbursed accordingly.

1. Free Ruby: Will be sent via in-game mail.
2. Paid Ruby: Will be granted immediately and added to your current balance.
3. Distribution was completed around Dec. 26 (Fri) 21:00 (UTC+9).

3. To Note

- Please exit the game completely before logging in again for the patch to be applied. 

- Please note that you will not be able to enter the Abyss Gate, Auction House, Constellation of Time, Arena, Chaos Dungeons, and Eunos Dungeons for 10 minutes before and after the patch.

Please be advised that players may experience temporary disconnections while the patch is underway.
