Following the update on Thursday, October 22,

an issue occurred where game access was unavailable in certain environments where the Shader 3.1 setting had been applied in the graphics options.

We sincerely apologize for the great inconvenience this has caused to your gameplay.

To express our apologies to all Rune Hunters who experienced inconvenience due to the connection issue, we have prepared a small compensation.

◆ Connection Issue Apology Compensation Notice

1) Distribution Period: Oct. 23, 2026 (Fri) 15:00 – Oct. 25, 2026 (Sun) 23:59 (UTC+9)

2) Eligible Recipients: Rune Hunters who log in to Undecember during the period above (sent via Mailbox).

3) Reward

※ The compensation can only be claimed by accounts created before the distribution begins.

※ The compensation can only be claimed in one mode (Standard or Season).

※ Rewards are sent to your in-game mailbox and will be deleted automatically once the claim period expires, so please be sure to claim them within the period.

※ If you cannot find the mail, please completely exit the game and restart it.

This issue was resolved through a data patch on Thursday, October 22, and normal gameplay is currently available.

We would like to express our gratitude to all Rune Hunters who waited patiently until the issue was resolved.
