Please note that known issues may be actual game errors or occurrences caused by individual play environments.

◆ Known issues

1) An issue where the pet's appearance is not visible or the Auto Loot feature does not activate when equipping the Nix pet.

◆ Resolved issues

1) Issue where gear becoming untradable upon using The Forge Essence was not informed (Resolved)

- Rune Hunters who used The Forge Essence between the end of the Sept. 10 (Thu) scheduled maintenance and

  before the Oct. 8 (Thu) scheduled maintenance have been refunded the used The Forge Essences and provided with an apology compensation. (Oct. 22)

2) Issue regarding the incorrectly stated end date for the New/Returning Exclusive Attendance Calendar (Resolved)

- An apology compensation has been distributed to Rune Hunters who were unable to claim all rewards from the New/Returning Exclusive Attendance Calendar. (Oct. 22)
