After the service ends, Undecember can only be launched through the LINE Games Launcher.

If you are currently playing through the FLOOR Launcher,

please install the LINE Games Launcher in advance for uninterrupted gameplay.

1. End Date and Time

- Sep 30, 2026 11:00 (UTC+9)

2. Impact

- The existing FLOOR Launcher service will no longer be available, and Undecember can no longer be launched through the FLOOR Launcher.

- Customer support through the existing launcher will no longer be available. Support will only be available after installing the LINE Games Launcher.

- Support for Windows versions earlier than Windows 10 and 32-bit Windows environments will also be discontinued.
