Notice Regarding Measures Taken for the Issue of Abnormal Increase of Certain Currency

Greetings, Rune Hunters.


First of all, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused during gameplay.


After the scheduled maintenance on Oct. 30 (Thu), an issue was identified where Rune Hunter Coin and

Costume Mileage Ticket were abnormally increased for some accounts. This issue has been fixed through a server patch.


Regarding this matter, the recovery process for the abnormally increased currencies and the items purchased using those currencies

has been carried out during the scheduled maintenance on Dec. 11 (Thu), and we would like to inform you of this through this notice.

■ Eligible Accounts

- Accounts where Rune Hunter Coin or Costume Mileage Ticket increased abnormally after Oct. 30 (Thu)


■ Actions Taken

1) Deduction of Abnormally Increased Currencies (Rune Hunter Coin, Costume Mileage Ticket)

※ Rune Hunter Coin: If the amount held is lower than the amount that must be deducted, the balance will be adjusted to a negative value.

※ Costume Mileage Ticket: If the amount held is lower than the amount that must be deducted, Beauty Products purchased with the abnormally increased currency will be retrieved.

2) Retrieval of Beauty Products Purchased Using Abnormally Increased Costume Mileage Tickets

※ Retrieval of Beauty Products is carried out based on the account’s Costume Mileage Ticket balance at the time of the action.

  1. Example: If an account must have 30 abnormal tickets deducted but purchased a Beauty Product costing 50 tickets,

and the account currently holds only 10 tickets, the Beauty Product will be retrieved and the ticket balance will be adjusted to 30.

※ If a retrieved Beauty Product is a Costume Package, its purchase limit will be restored.
