Notice Regarding Actions Taken for the Equipment Summon (Ultimate) Bonus Chest

Greetings, Rune Hunters.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
An issue where Relic Gear obtained from the Equipment Summon (Ultimate) Bonus Chest was granted
an incorrect number of Gem Slots has been fixed through the server patch on Oct. 31 (Fri).
We initially planned to assist Rune Hunters who obtained Relic Gear with fewer
than the maximum Gem Slots from the Equipment Summon (Ultimate) Bonus Chest before the server patch,
as mentioned in the [Notice Regarding Relics Obtained from the Equipment Summon (Ultimate) Bonus Box] by providing additional Gem Slots.
However, after further internal review and discussions,
it was concluded that this compensation may not be fair to other Rune Hunters.
Therefore, we have decided to withdraw the previous plan and provide assistance in a different way, which we would like to inform you about through this notice.
We sincerely apologize for any confusion and inconvenience caused by the previous notice.
Please refer to the details below regarding the updated restoration service plan.

◆ Notice Regarding Actions Taken for the Equipment Summon (Ultimate) Bonus Chest
1) Reissue Notice
■ Eligible Players
- Rune Hunters who obtained Relic Gear from the Ultimate Bonus Chest (Stage 1 or 3) before the Oct. 31 (Fri) server patch and have submitted a request via Customer Support.
※ If the obtained Relic Gear is no longer in possession, reissue assistance may not be available.
■ Reissue Request Period
- Nov. 6 (Thu), 2025 – Nov. 27 (Thu), 2025, 23:59 (UTC+9) via Customer Support.
※ If you used the Ultimate Bonus Chest (Stage 1 or 3) before the Oct. 31 (Thu) server patch and require a reissue,
please contact Customer Support using the link below for prompt assistance.

■ Reissue Details
- The Relic Gear currently in possession will be retrieved, and the consumed Ultimate Bonus Chest will be reissued.
└ If the retrieved Relic Gear has been enchanted or had Gem Slots added: the consumed Essence, Gem Transmutation Stone, and currencies will be returned via Mail.
└ If the retrieved Relic Gear has Gems equipped: the equipped Gems will be returned via Mail.
□ Reissue Process
1. Submit a reissue request through Customer Support.
2. Once you agree to the reissue process, Account Protection will be applied.
※ During the Account Protection process, game login and play will be temporarily unavailable.
3. The issue-related item will be deleted, and the consumed chest will be reissued.
4. If the gear was enchanted, the consumed Essence and currencies will be sent via Mail.
5. Once the reissue is completed, Account Protection will be lifted.

2) Additional Compensation Details
■ Eligible Players
- Rune Hunters who obtained Relic Gear from the Ultimate Bonus Chest (Stage 1 or 3) before the Oct. 31 (Fri) server patch.
※ In addition to the reissued items in (1), we have also prepared extra compensation to account for the Essence and currencies used for gear enhancement, as well as to apologize for the inconvenience caused.
