◆ Mileage Distribution Schedule Changes by Region

1) Payments made via FLOOR in Korea

- Distribution: Mileage distributed as scheduled

- Period of Use: Oct 1, 2026 (Thu) 10:00 – Oct 5, 2026 (Mon) 23:59 (UTC +9)

2) Purchases made via FLOOR in other regions

- Distribution Status: Distributed after global mileage function improvements.

- Usage Period: Will be announced through a separate notice.

- Your 30% payback record for the purchased amount is safely stored.

◆ Reason for the Schedule Change

Mileage from the payback event automatically expires two weeks after distribution.

However, during the distribution process, an issue was identified where mileage could not be redeemed for overseas purchases.

Therefore, to ensure our global Rune Hunters can fully enjoy their payback benefits,

we have separated the mileage distribution schedule by service region.

We should have thoroughly verified the usability of mileage in global environments during the planning stage.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to our Rune Hunters due to our inadequate preparation.

We will quickly improve the mileage feature and prepare satisfying ways to use your mileage so that global Rune Hunters can enjoy their benefits without any issues.
