UNDECEMBER will be undergoing a server patch on Nov. 13 to address identified issues.

Nov. 13 Server Patch

1. Server Patch Schedule: Nov. 13 16:30 (UTC+9)

* Server patch will proceed without maintenance.

* Game is available to play while the server patch is underway.

2. Server Patch Details

An issue where the Dia Step-up Package purchased but not claimed from the Paid Shop Storage before the 11/13 (Thu) maintenance is not displayed.

※ If you are experiencing this issue, please make sure to completely exit the game and log in again after the server patch.

3. To Note

- Please exit the game completely before logging in again for the patch to be applied. 

- Please note that you will not be able to enter the Auction House, Constellation of Time, Arena, Chaos Dungeons, and Eunos Dungeons for 10 minutes before and after the patch.

Please be advised that players may experience temporary disconnections while the patch is underway.
