◈ New Season 'Trials of Power'


◆ Trials of Power 'Season Mode' Info

We would like to inform you about the Season Mode available during Season Trials of Power.

- You can play the season mode by either creating a new character or Reversion of an existing character.

※ Upon Reversion, all items equipped or owned by the character are removed, and the character's level is reset to 1.

 └ Any information reset by Reversion cannot be restored. Please make a decision with caution.

- Season Mode exclusive dropped items can be traded regardless of Modes via Auction House.

 

■ Hardcore Mode Info

- Hardcore Mode is a Season Mode for experienced Rune Hunters where only three lives are given.

- If you are out of the limited life, you will be restricted from playing combat content.

- Only Season characters can select the Hardcore Mode.

 

□ Rule of Gameplay Restriction upon Death

- Character lives lost due to character death in hardcore mode cannot be recovered.

※ However, you can restore the lost life by using Book of Life item that is sold once a month at the Hardcore Mode General Shop.

- A life is consumed if your character dies while playing general content other than certain special content, and you'll be restricted from playing combat content if you are out of life.

※ Special Content: Void Rift, Descent/Guild Raid, Spire of Barrier

- You can still use non-combat content, including Guild, Warehouse, Chat, and Auction House even when you are out of life.

※ All equipped items, items in the bag, and character's level remain even after the Transfer, but only information belonging to the Mode is reset.

 └ Any information deleted or reset by Transfer restored. Please make a decision with caution.

◆ Scenario

 

■ New Episode - Ghieva

- New area Ghieva will be added.


- New Monsters

2 new boss monsters, 3 unique monsters and 3 normal monsters will be added.


New NPCs will be added to Ghieva.

 

■ Improvements to Episode 1 Quest Rewards

- Rewards will be added to certain quests for progression of tutorial quest.

- Episode 1 Quest Rewards will be redistributed.

※ The amount of XP and currency obtainable through the Quest will remain the same.


◆ Chaos Dungeon

- Chaos Stone will be improved to save settings, allowing the same options to be selected automatically at the next dungeon entry

- 'Formula Page' item will no longer be dropped in Chaos Dungeon.  

- Tier 12 Chaos Dungeon (Terror of Darkness) will be changed to be enabled in Standard Mode.

※ Greater Chaos Card (Terror of Darkness) required for entry can be crafted through Alchemy.


◆ Arena

 

■ New Contents - Arena

- Arena is a content newly launched in Season 'Trials of Power' which can be entered through a new NPC 'Leijona'.

- Arena can be accessed after completing every new Season 'Trials of Power' Quest.

- Material (Spirit) required for entry into the Arena can be obtained from Chaos Dungeons. 

※ 'Monster Spirit' and 'Area-specific Spirit' can be obtained after defeating monsters in Tier 1-10 Chaos Dungeons.

※ Spirit cannot be obtained in Chaos Dungeons and Exodium Dungeons which can be entered using Unique Chaos Cards. 

※ Monster Spirit exists in three item grades of Normal/Magic/Rare.

※ Area-specific Spirit can be obtained upon defeating the boss monsters of Tier 1-10 Chaos Dungeons.

- Monsters appearing in the Dungeons differ based on the quantity and type of Spirit given to the Arena NPC 'Leijona'. 

※ When Spirit is used, monsters become stronger and higher reward points can be obtained.

- Boss monster appears at the center of the Arena after defeating every normal monster summoned upon entering the Arena.

- Up to 12 boss monsters can be summoned using Area-specific Spirit and higher point rewards can be obtained depending on the amount of Spirit used.

- 'Chaotic Spirit' which allows entry into Arena-exclusive Boss Stage can be obtained after defeating the arena monsters.

- New growth gear 'Soul Stone' can be obtained after defeating Arena-exclusive boss monsters.

- Various rewards such as Soul Stone Essence and New Option Stat Change Essence can be obtained after defeating Arena-exclusive boss monsters.


◆ Constellation of Time

- The amount of Emotions dropped from Constellation of Time will be doubled compared to before. 

- The type of items dropped from Constellation of Time will be adjusted, and more Gold will be dropped compared to before.

- Contents of the Constellation of Time Reward Chest will be changed.

■ Solo Descent Raid Improvements

- New bosses Sicus and Vilam will be added.

- The gimmicks of new bosses Sicus and Vilam will be changed to single play-based.

- The level of every Solo Descent Raid bosses will be adjusted to 150.

- The HP of every Solo Descent Raid bosses will be reduced by approx. 35%.

- The Attack of every Solo Descent Raid bosses will be increased by approx. 15%.

- Solo Descent Raid Rewards will be greatly improved.

■ Solo Descent Raid Honorable Statue Challenge Improvements

- Registration rule will be changed from 'Top Rune Hunter for each Physical/Element/Summon tag' to 'Top 1-3 Kill Counts'.

- Honorable Statue Registration Rewards can be obtained from the Solo Descent Raid UI.

※ Standard/Season (Normal/Hardcore) Modes will have different Honorable Statue registrants.

 

■ New Solo Descent Raid Honorable Statue Praise System

- Praise system will be activated when Rune Hunter is registered to Honorary Statue.

- Upon consumption of required currency, Praise will grant exclusive buff for Solo Descent Raid.

- Buff will be imbued from each Honorary Statue with registered Rune Hungers, and buffs imbued from the same Statue will not be stacked.

- Praise will become inaccessible 90 minutes before the end of the Raid Schedule (UTC) for corresponding boss.

※ Corresponding buff will disappear upon character change or logout regardless of remaining time.


◆ Void Rift

- The Void Rift rotation for Season Re:Birth will end and the rotation for Season Trials of Power will begin.

- Your Void Rift progress, Rank Points, and reward history will be reset.

- The boss monsters of each area will also change once the Void Rift is reset.

- You will not be able to receive previous rewards once the period ends, so please collect all rewards before the maintenance takes place.


◆ Bounties

 

■ Bounties Improvements

- Required Friendship per Faction Grade for Stenella/Ribjaw will be changed.

- The decrease in Opposing Faction Friendship during Bounties will be reduced.

- The amount of Pirate's Coins obtained during Bounties will be increased.

- The amount of Darkness Energy and Philosopher's Stone obtained during Bounties will be increased.

- The daily free refreshes for the Bounties List will be increased to three.


◆ Chaos Daily Mission

 

■ Improvements to Chaos Daily Mission

- Line Rewards for Chaos Daily Mission will be improved to provide more valuable rewards

 

◆ Black Market

- The Black Market’s Friendship level, saved items, and Pirate’s Coins will be reset.

- Season Re:Birth Unique Gears will be added to Unidentified Unique Chest and Undying Unidentified Unique Chest in the Standard Mode Black Market.

- As new Unique items are added and improved, the contents of Unidentified Unique Chest and Undying Unidentified Unique Chest will be changed.


◆ Monsters

 

■ Bottomless Abyss Monsters Balance Adjustments

- HP of Bottomless Abyss Monsters will be lowered by 20%.

- Bottomless Abyss Monsters' drop rate of 'Apollyon's Bone' will be increased.

 

■ Addition of New APC Monster

- 12 new APC monsters will be added to Chaos Dungeon and Constellation of Time.

- The new 12 will be added to the existing 12, and a random monster out of 24 APC monsters will spawn.

 

■ Adjustment of Existing Random Buffs

- Among random buffs applied to unique monsters of level 106 or above, difficulties of 'Rope Specter', 'Time of the Hunt', 'Denev's Fury', and 'Ilya's Warning' will be lowered.

- Among Act.13 exclusive random buffs, 'Blood Explosion Myosotis' will be added to random buffs applied to unique monsters of level 106 or above.

 

■ Addition of New Random Buffs

- 'Ambush', 'Dimensional Window', and 'Trap' random buffs will be added to unique monsters appearing in a new content, 'Arena'.

- 'Space Cut', 'Plague Throw', and 'Time Refraction' random buffs are added to unique monsters of level 106 or above.


◆ Puru's Hideout

 

■ Improvement to Puru's Hideout Reward

- The last vault in Puru's Hideout will drop rare Unique Gears, including Season Unique Gears, with a low chance.


◆ Episodes

 

■ Improvements to Waypoint Locations in Episode 1

- Waypoints in the Stages of Episode 1 will be moved near the Starting Points.

◆ Gear

 

■ Soul Stone

- A new growing Gear, 'Soul Stone' will be added.

※ You can obtain Soul Stones from newly added 'Arena' content.

- Depending on its options, a Soul Stone can assist your combat by providing additional stats to the character or summoning monsters' souls.

- There are 24 kinds of monsters summoned by Soul Stone's options.

- If you increase the Soul Stone level and meet certain conditions, the number of skills the monster uses increases up to three, and the chance of summoning the monster increases.

- If a monster is summoned by the Soul Stone option, 7-second cooldown will be applied.

- A Soul Stone's level is 1 when obtained, but you can increase its level and extend the maximum level by Enchanting the Soul Stone.

 

■ Affixes

Legendary and Ancient Prefixes/Suffixes of Gear items that does not suite the item's concept will be removed and will not appear while enchanting Gears.

※ Options you have already obtained and owned will remain.

 

■ Charms

- The maximum tier of Charms will be extended to Tier 10.

 

■ Lacrima

- Lacrima's Absorb Rate for each Gear will be adjusted.

- Pass Rewards are available for up to Level 25, and you can only obtain rewards for each level once.

- You can purchase the Zodiac Pass in either Standard Mode or Season Mode (Normal/Hardcore) from your account.

- For Zodiac Passes that are purchased in Season Mode, Pass missions, Rewards, and levels will be shared with all Season difficulty modes.
